I settled on a price with Bill on a new Silverado 1500 crew cab, gave them a check, signed paperwork, and shook hands. The next day I was informed they could not get the truck so they would get me more options. They came back with 2 different Silverado 1500 crew cabs. Both trucks had fewer vehicle options than the first one did and I would have to pay more for one of the lesser trucks they found. This is the type of sales tactics that give car sales people there reputation. They did deposit my down payment check right away and told me I would have to wait to get the money back until they could send me a check.

Was a very good transaction. They made us feel right at home. From the first walk in of the door right through the paper work. Will be back to do more business there.

We worked with a new sales rep for this most recent Chevy purchase, Ryan Johnson. Ryan did a great job helping us find the specific vehicle we were interested in. The Chev Equinox LTZ was not readily available at this dealership, but Ryan worked with us consistently and professionally to get us everything we were looking for in our Chevy purchase. The other team members that we worked with, were also helpful and professional.

He was able to get me into a test drive the next day. He is very nice and a very cool sales man. If he didn't know the answer to my questions he did everything to find it out. He was even able to work with me on price with getting someone higher up. Len Dudas is an amazing dealership that really strives to make every customer happy and really listens to their needs.
