I like that sales person can read my mood, that he knows I hate car shopping and tends to me off what my needs are. Quickly and efficiently. The customer service skills in this building are outstanding!

Don is the service center is very personable and never pushy about anything. He explained that I need brakes and roaters but certainly understood that I could not do them when I was there and we agreed that I would call and schedule an appointment.

My first car buying experience in 16 years was a great one! Very friendly folks, explained everything in detail and careful to remind me frequently to ask any questions i may have. Explained to me how various features worked and showed me how to actually operate the, what was to me, very high tech improvements. The process was significantly different than it was in 2000, VERY comprehensive and exacting. Another plus: They even offer free snacks and beverages :-) The only negative? I didn't get to meet the owners, George and Julie Huttig, who were out of town. :-(
