Williams Chevrolet

Almost 2 weeks after purchasing a vehicle for my son, my wife decided it was time for her to trade in and upgrade as well. We contacted our previous salesman Frank, and made him aware we would be coming in again. We did some online preshopping before venturing in, and had an idea what we were looking for. It was obvious that a generation X couple with a decent vehicle must have had more buying power than just myself and two teens from the previous visit, as we were approached by three different salespeople in the span of 5 minutes. They were polite when we immediately made them aware we were working with someone. We found the "right" one and my wife and I took it for a test drive with Frank. It was to her liking so the financing process once again started, upon approval I took one last look, before signing and found several items that I didn't initially catch and looked for a suitable replacement. The finance officer(Jeff) and Frank were accommodating with my concerns, and I actually found the same model a year newer and less miles for about the same price and after the test drive, my wife was even happier. That is 2 vehicles in 2 weeks and no regrets from our expeiences. We have recommended Frank to a couple more friends that are in the market and we are happy with our big dealership shopping experience.

I spent quite a few hours at Williams Chevrolet and Alex was very patient with me. He answered questions and searched out answers he didn't know right away. I didn't feel pushed to make any certain decision and was able to find a great Chevy Equinox that I love!

It was a good experience to work with Steganie Uithol. She was helpful and made the process easy and straight forward. She was able to answer my questions about the truck and was also helpful after the sale with questions.

I would rate our experience as A+, We felt like they were working for us. Did not feel pressured. Their effort was to find the best car for us, best financing deal etc. Had a small issue with a squeaking belt that they fixed and guaranteed. The people we worked with liked their jobs and the Williams Company. We will go back.
