Voice Motors was extremely helpful, friendly and made the purchase of our new truck easy!

We purchased form out of state. When we arrived at the dealership in the morning everything was ready. We are very happy with our new Suburban and feel like we got a good deal on the Suburban we traded in.

We developed an issue with one of our front wheels while on vacation, and found the Voice dealership along our travel route. They were able to look at our Suburban even though we didn’t have an appointment and fixed it the same day so we could get back on the road. Friendly, helpful staff and great customer service.

Jamie Knoertzer and Bob Desrochers helped us get back on the road when we had engine problems. Efficient, kind, knowledgeable in our emergency. Thank you!

I responded to add for a 2007 Impala and I sent a an email to voice motors that said I was very interested and coming to do a test drive and to purchase and was on my way. I received a respond saying great and if I changed my mind to call them. I arrived at voice motors and the car was sitting there and I said I was here for the test drive. They a went to get someone and said I was here for the test drive and just said it sold. I was furious I drove all the way from Petoskey mi and they was just very unprofessional. I left. 4 days later same car still says for sale 5 days still for sale I called a day later I got a text saying sold. that is all it said. I will never do business there again. My husband and I have purchased other vehicles there in the past but never never will I again or recommend them.

This place needs to get their priorities straight. We bought a 2014 GMCSierra with a list of things wrong with it. Both headlights were out, there was a tear on the center arm rest, two exhaust manifold bolts were broken, the sunroof seal was damaged, the windshield was chipped, the speakers are blown, the interior was not clean, and they wouldn’t go down in price. We don’t buy vehicles from dealerships to work on them we buy vehicles from dealerships because they’re supposed to be reliable. Needless to say we won’t be buying another vehicle from them in the future. Get your heads straight instead of screwing people out of their money. You should be ashamed of yourselves. We have a 1999 Chevy Silverado that doesn’t have this many issues. Check your vehicles before you place them on the lot.

During the covid pandemic I didn’t want to car/dealer shop in person so I went on line looking for a specific vehicle ; AWD Traverse with a trailer package. I found one at Voice Motor Sales in Kalkaska,MI. I worked with Mitch Voice, once all decisions were made and financing in place my Traverse was delivered right to me in Flat Rock,MI approx 260 miles away in less than 24 hrs. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process! 😍
