Buyer beware! Bought a vehicle that has been back to be (fixed)twice in the first week. Was told, used truck with miles on it, what did you expect. Wrote a check at a so called reputable dealer. Worst purchase of my life. Do not trust the vehicle, will lose thousands on this deal. Very disappointing!

My wife and I were just not having any luck finding a Jeep in the trim package that we wanted with local dealers. So, we opened up our search distance and came across Eau Claire CDJR and they had three Jeeps with the trim packages that interested us. I call made the call, spoke with Devon M who was super helpful and knowledgeable on the features of the these particular Jeep trim packages. He sent me a video of not only a walk around of the Jeep but also went out of his way to send a video of the undercarriage of it! Also, I am extremely impressed that they did not sell the vehicle to another before my wife and I were able to make the drive to WI from MN. Like some other dealers did… On the day we showed up to check out the vehicle the sales crew was low staffed and super busy. Devon was definitely earning his pay on that day! Even though he was hustling around, from what I could see, he allotted enough time to each of his customers and didn’t give off any sense of frustration from being overwhelmed. He was still very politely and cheerful. When he was away, other members of his team, Ryan and Mel, would come by to keep us engaged and the process moving forward. It was appreciated because we were starting to get in a time crunch to head back to MN to pick up our kids. Negotiations were great, just like any other sale, the dealer is looking to sell as much as they can. However, with the additional options we purchased I feel that they were offering them at a fair price and recommend to us with the interest of the longevity of our new vehicle. The Eau Claire CDJR sales team working with my wife and I did a great job at getting us the incentives that we were eligible for. The team also was kind enough to indulge me in guilty pleasure of mine… They cranked over the V-10 Dodge Viper SRT shimmering on the showroom, rev’d it up, got the adrenaline going and let me sit in the driver’s seat! After that, Devon gave me a tutorial of the Jeep’s features and away I went knowing that my wife and kids will be happy for years to come in our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited from Eau Claire CDJR!
