After I bought the car Kevin helped me set up somethings on the computer system which intimidated me immediately 😅 Kevin did it so fast made my head spin. Also offered to help me with it after I got it home. And he did - responded very quickly to my request to help me. Great guy ask for him you'll not regret it!

The sales experience is smooth - we’ve purchased 3 cars from Nick, who is top notch and is the only reason for two stars. The experience of getting my vehicle serviced using my top tier EasyCare warranty was a nightmare. Passing the buck between dealership and EC to figure out who was going to pay (certainly not me!) and hours spent chasing the Service Manager and ops staff to return my calls and solve the issue. It was never solved after 18 months of continuous trying. I just gave my business for a brand new SUV to another brand and another dealership because this experience left a horrible taste in my mouth.
