Not good i talked with them got a price i told them I

Not good i talked with them got a price i told them I would be there with the money and got a call later the same day and was told it was sold to someone else. And never talked again

3different over the years .

3different over the years . Still the same great service . Darlene has been exceptional over the years . Ashley and Tracie were exceptional as well . I have an a plus for all three girls

My current dealership is now Riley Ford.

My current dealership is now Riley Ford. Just changed from Bailey Ford. So far no problems. They used my points to lower my bill.

We have had very good experience at Riley Ford in Plattsburgh and would not hesitate to refer family and friends both for purchasing a new vehicle or for their top notch service center. It is the employees that make all the difference!

I had a service appointment on Jan 29, 2025 for

I had a service appointment on Jan 29, 2025 for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Due to an error on my part I was 35 minutes late for the appointment. But, they still took my Ranger in as soon as I got there and performed all required services, professionally. Thank you for your patience!
