Last year, my Maverick Hybrid kept going into “sleep
Last year, my Maverick Hybrid kept going into “sleep mode” when parked stating that the battery was being preserved. I took it to Northtown, they tested the battery found it defective and had to order one. They replaced it shortly after that visit. Fast forward to today, I had the same issue occurring. I took it to Lupient Ford this time. Lupient discovered Northtown had installed the wrong battery into my truck. They drove my truck back to Northtown where Northtown then swapped the wrong battery for the correct one. Also, the back of the rear seat would just pull down. I asked the service adviser if this was the way it was supposed to be, he said yes and assured me the passenger seat belts were secure even with the back as it was. A friend of mine just purchased a new Maverick and his latched perfectly. I asked Lupient to also check that and they found that the back needs to be pushed back hard to latch. Now the back is secure and if I pull the latch release it works fine. I would not return to Northtown Ford for service again, as they obviously don’t know how to properly repair a Maverick Hybrid.

Bought a 2017 ford transit,asked if they had any wiggle
Bought a 2017 ford transit,asked if they had any wiggle room on price,No! Asked if could put 3hub cap on it, only had one,No! Asked if they would at least clean it, Long pause yup should take long but just the cab I said could u at leased take the blanket out of the back, yes! We t to close told finance that never paid 19,000 for a vehicle with one hub cap he said should be able to find one in ditch or along side of road, went to cold start it next day sounds terrible when cold guess that's why he had it running before I got there both times!! Sold as is, would have never bought if heard didn't have my other van sold and there more!! Never would I recommend Northland Ford to anybody!!!!
