I went to the dealership where I bought my truck for a
I went to the dealership where I bought my truck for a oil change and trouble light. When I got there they told me I had to leave it there because it was going to take a few days to get in to look at the trouble light. They reached out to me by text message and a call but I was at work so left a message. So I tried to get back to them with a call and text message but no one got back to me so I went to my appointment. This when I found out about leaving it there so I asked about a loner car to drive and I was told they didn't have one so I said just do the oil and I will reschedule the trouble light. So I waited for them to get done after 2 hours they came and got me where they said I would have to leave it because it could do more damaged if I drove it. This is when I was able to get a loner vehicle then. I don't understand why it was a such a big deal to get a loner in the first place so I don't know if I will return there for any more work I will maybe try Don Johnson Motors in Rice Lake where I am closer to.

Denied bumpertobumper 2xs now and quoted us $7000 and
Denied bumpertobumper 2xs now and quoted us $7000 and $3000 on those issues our mechanics fixed for under $150. It took 3 days for my truck to even get a diagnostics and then They wanted to replace a heater core for a partial blockage! My mechanic took the truck the next day and flushed it for $135 and had us back on the road an hour later. I will never do business through these people ever again.

Everything was great accept for the time it took to get
Everything was great accept for the time it took to get my vehicle serviced. I had a 7:30 am appointment on Monday morning, but they didn't get to my vehicle looked at until the following Friday and finally got my car back until Saturday

New truck with scratches and swirl marks.
New truck with scratches and swirl marks. They talked me into the ceramic coating saying that the marks would be gone and protected in the future. They buffed it 2 times and still looks like bad. I drove over 2 hours each way. I specifically told multiple people not to.coat It if it wasn't right. They did it anyway twice. Now they say o well thats all we are going to do for you. The truck was brand new. Water of time and money. Buyer beware

He offered to assist in finding another vehicle, but had nothing in stock that worked for me. However, he was friendly and professional, so I would try them again if they had the right vehicle.

Thursday night I called and they hadn't even looked at my car. They told me the 9:15 appointment was with the service advisor and then it gets in line to be looked at. I have NEVER had an appointment for service that didn't mean my car would be worked on at that time. They said "policy" "WI law" several times, but they just don't care about their customers. Buyer beware.
Horrible place to buy from. Rude very unprofessional. Taking personal calls while talking to you. Even if the deal is great. I would not buy. Could only imagine having to deal with them on a warranty. What a joke. Buyer beware.
