I was greeted by a pleasant worker who told me where to

I was greeted by a pleasant worker who told me where to drive to enter your service area. Next, another worker asked for my keys and told me where their lounge, restrooms, and coffee was located. She said she would get me when my car was finished. She was very professional explaining the consent form I needed to sign. I thought everyone really cared for their customers. The building was so clean, I was impressed with everything I saw.

My almost three year old vehicle went in twice for a

My almost three year old vehicle went in twice for a repair dues to a noise.Currently still makes the noise to the point that I don?t like driving it. The first ?fix? was covered under warranty and the second ?fix? they made, I had to pay for with a partial refund because the problem wasn?t fixed. The second time it was there they had it for two weeks, and I received few text messages updates and had to nearly beg for a phone call. I would have given a zero for customer service because of the entire experience, but appreciated the partial refund. As far as the quality, it?s not fixed but I assume what they did do they did well.

Our whole car buying experience was excellent at

Our whole car buying experience was excellent at Markquart Motors. We enjoyed working with our salesperson Rick, with Steve who showed us how to use all the car features, and with Aaron in finance finalizing the purchase.

Unsatisfied, brought a duramax in during January 2024 for

Unsatisfied, brought a duramax in during January 2024 for head gaskets brought it back august 2025 for head gaskets again. Was told the first time that it came with a 2 year warranty. Upon drop off was told they were unable to satisfy warranty due to the diesel truck being deleted (no dpf or egr). Figured the master diesel mechanics that work there would be able to tell it was deleted the first time they worked on it back in January 2024. I guess not. I?m glad they were able to knock the price down from (13,500 in January 2024 to 9,000 September 2025) but just feel kinda screwed over to be completely honest. Picked up vehicle on Monday September 15 after it being in the shop for 3 1/2 weeks. Drove well for a day Tuesday September 16, 2025 steering column went out have a feeling it was not put together properly upon repair even though they took it for a test drive. Just seems fishy possibly not but just feels like it.

Jake .Cory.Trevor. Steve all helped setting up appointment made our truck available the one we wanted purchase of the truck was smooth and they spent alot of time explaining and showing us how truck works. We felt like we were well taken care of.

Fast friendly professional service.

Fast friendly professional service. My new fob works great, but my old fob doesn?t work at all. When I have the money I will be able to get another fob made.
