I reached out regarding the vehicles via your app. The dealer owner answered me within a business day, but the car was already sold. He offered to assist in finding another vehicle, but had nothing in stock that worked for me. However, he was friendly and professional, so I would try them again if they had the right vehicle.

I had an appointment at 9:15 on Tuesday for repairs.

I had an appointment at 9:15 on Tuesday for repairs. I was told I might have to leave my car for a few days (I assumed to get parts) no problem. Thursday night I called and they hadn't even looked at my car. They told me the 9:15 appointment was with the service advisor and then it gets in line to be looked at. I picked up my car Friday morning and found another mechanic. I always buy new cars so I have worked with several dealerships across the state. I have NEVER had an appointment for service that didn't mean my car would be worked on at that time. They said "policy" "WI law" several times, but they just don't care about their customers. Check with other GMC dealers and find out how to do it right! I need to buy a new car, but I really don't trust them.

Buyer beware.

Horrible place to buy from. Rude very unprofessional. Taking personal calls while talking to you. Even if the deal is great. I would not buy. Could only imagine having to deal with them on a warranty. What a joke. Buyer beware.

Very pleased.

Very pleased. Super friendly staff and extremely attentive. Purchased a used vehicle from out-of-state and they helped me through the entire process. Stephanie in Sales and Jon in Finance are very professional but also personable. I'd definitely buy are car from them in the future.

Poor Service "Do whatever we want"

When scheduling appointment for warranty and extended warranty work they had me bring the vehicle in 4 days before they ever planned to look at it to get in the "Que" They do not provide a loaner car unless you want to pay $55 a day. Even for warranty work. They told me on the phone when I asked why the vehicle had to be there 3-4 days before they even pull it into the shop and why they do not provide loaner cars they said. Because "We are a busy shop and can do whatever we want because we are the only Cadillac Shop in the area" Car has been at dealership for 4 days plus the weekend (6 days) and they have not looked at it yet, even when the appointment was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. They said they will charge $199 just to call the warranty company... Car is in the shop to have the exact same items that were replaced last time it was in the shop.... Service is very poor. We dont care attitude

Unfortunately, we had vehicles turn into much larger repairs than we had anticipated along with staff being ill and unexpected back ordered parts arriving it made for the perfect storm of being much further behind in our que system than we ever want to run. Liars - made 12k off our trade in Denali

Loed about trade in value...claimed the usual we just price them 2k more and turn them over, we are a bulk dealership. Knew we were hurting and took advantage of us. Listed our traded in denali not even days layer 14k above the trade in value. Good old boys club there...didn't even remember to give us back our drivers licenses and the financial lady was so off her game she wasted a tree doing and redoing the papework. I guess you get excited when you have two fools come in and a big payday coming up.

Service

Had an appointment for a free oil change and wanted the transmission flush. I asked for the tires not to be rotated. I was told that the appointment would be an hour and 30 minutes. At one hour and 45 minutes I asked when it would be ready. The man at the counter said they were almost finished. One hour after that I asked again and they said it was done. I was then given the paperwork and they charged me for the oil change and rotated the tires when I asked them not to.

Worst customer service ever!!!!

Went in for an engine repair, waited 2 weeks. The day I got the car it still misfired. Informed them 4.days later engine got worse they said nothing was wrong with it. We brought it back a month late because it started shaking violently. While we got our oil change we Informed us about this. They set up an appointment for two weeks later and told us they where going to charge us to look at the engine. The engine that they supposedly fixed. Then they told us the carwash was complimentary. It wasn't they charged us an additional 10 dollars. It gets better l, when our car was returned part of the front bumper came off and they blamed us for it They pointed and a little mark on the front and accused us of having an accident and putting back on. When I told them I wanted this fixed they told me where not fixing this. You had broken this before you came here. They ended up rigging it back together and had a male escort follow the disrespectful lady around because they thought I'd assault her

Thank you for the feedback and review. We have set up an appointment with a loaner at no charge on May 30th at 8:30 AM to diagnosis the check engine light. We will look at the body damage at that point to see if we can repair it.
