Worst customer service ever!!!!
Went in for an engine repair, waited 2 weeks. The day I got the car it still misfired. Informed them 4.days later engine got worse they said nothing was wrong with it. We brought it back a month late because it started shaking violently. While we got our oil change we Informed us about this. They set up an appointment for two weeks later and told us they where going to charge us to look at the engine. The engine that they supposedly fixed. Then they told us the carwash was complimentary. It wasn't they charged us an additional 10 dollars. It gets better l, when our car was returned part of the front bumper came off and they blamed us for it They pointed and a little mark on the front and accused us of having an accident and putting back on. When I told them I wanted this fixed they told me where not fixing this. You had broken this before you came here. They ended up rigging it back together and had a male escort follow the disrespectful lady around because they thought I'd assault her
Thank you for the feedback and review. We have set up an appointment with a loaner at no charge on May 30th at 8:30 AM to diagnosis the check engine light. We will look at the body damage at that point to see if we can repair it.
Fantastic First Experience!

Buyer Beware on Used Vehicles
I bought a used 2016 GMC Canyon with 26,000 miles on it. The first week the 4x4 didn’t work. I had to take a day off of work to have it serviced. Within 2 weeks the 4x4 was out again. The dealer would only cover the diagnostics of the issue and not the repair. Hiding behind their 30 day, 1000 mile warranty even though the issue clearly existed when they sold me the truck. Add in their was an issue with the heating system which I fixed by changing out a filter and the battery failed the load test, so I had to replace that as well. I would be very careful when buying a used truck from here. I would ask for a specific list of what they did to the vehicle as far as reconditioning goes. I paid $32,000 for a truck that has a faulty 4x4 system and they didn’t even replace filters or the battery on a 6 year old truck.

Most of our vehicles on our lot, unless they are certified qualify for our 1 month, 1,000 mile warranty which we definitely do not hide behind so that our customers have peace and mind in the vehicle their buying. I had 62,000 miles on my Chevy Malibu and had trouble with my transmission. I have the best warranty available up to 150,000 miles including electrical. I was told that the connections to the transmission were loose. They needed electrical die compound grease to make a better connection. And it was NOT covered in the warranty because it was not a mechanical problem. It was a maintenance issue. I ended up paying over $350 for them to fix the problems. I've never in my life ever heard of having to bring in your vehicle to have this done, let alone, not be covered under warranty. Not very pleased.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you want it scratched and dented at delivery and then when their body shot fixes it they'll add more problems to it and then they will deny fixing it and not allow you to go to their dealership anymore absolute worst customer experience I've ever had and do not go there
*BUSINESSES BEWARE* We have gone well above and beyond for this customer to resolve very minor imperfections. This happened during the transportation process from the manufacturer, which is out of our control, but we like to make things right. We have agreed to do everything we can to make this customer satisfied in a timely matter despite the fact this customer not only threatened one of our staff members with physical harm but verbally abused multiple employees with profanity in front of children in different departments on a few occasions. It seems by the many previous reviews by this individual over the past eight years that it's almost impossible to please this person, and we extend caution to any other business that is considering offering service to this individual!
We will start with a little background. I have purchased two brand new cars and two used - one brand new and one used just within the last year. My parents have bought several cars from there too. Also, I have always stayed loyal to my salesman and the dealership. I had an issue with the way my latest purchase was handled as far as a gap insurance issue. I asked to speak to the manager and Mr. Matt Murray got on the phone and without any greeting it was, I already have the down low on what?s going on and we aren?t doing anything for you. He had zero empathy or zero customer service skills!! He didn?t even allow me to have a word in edgewise. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and I was speechless at how I was treated. I explained that customer service means everything these days, even if I wouldn?t have agreed with the outcome he was still down right nasty! I explained that I would be contacting my salesman to let him know I would never buy another vehicle there again and he followed up with that is your choice. I mentioned about me coming in now twice for my sunroof breaking and his tune changed - that was all before he was going to disconnect the phone call and hang up on me. Sadly, I will never buy any other vehicle from here. It?s sad that my salesman will no longer get my business because he has been phenomenal. Of all, the GM should LEARN to treat every customer with some respect and dignity. I will also make sure that I leave a Google review as well as making sure everyone of my friends and family are aware of this GM and how I was treated. To say I am absolutely appalled is an understatement. I think David Markquart should reconsider having someone else in the GM position as it is clear Mr. Murray has zero people skills and is losing customers because of his inconsiderate personality.
Mandy, we can't thank you and your family enough for being such a loyal customer. However it seems a bit unfair to review our dealership negatively just because we refused to violate the FTC law for you so that it would accomodate your personal needs. Markquart will not do that for anyone. Even after you vowed to never buy from us again because we wouldn't unlawfully participate in such actions we're still taking care of your mechanical issue because that's what customer service is about. Dealership was very clean. The customer service was very good. Everyone was friendly and nice and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
