I am amazed that Mark Hayes allowed his service department to tell customers that they have “bigger, money making jobs, and don’t have time to help us”. REALLY? I am asked at the lack of customer service, and I’m SHOCKED that Lincoln Motor Company allows their customers to be treated this way.

Wonderful experience with Jessie. It took some time as the Bronco was delivered to Hayes Ford but the next day had a recall and had to wait for parts, but I'm glad I waited.

I WAS SOLD A LEMON, THE CAR I BOUGHT SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO BE SOLD, THE UNDER FRAME IS ROTTED, THE BRAKES AND EXHAUST IS ROTTED AND ALSO THE ROCKER PANELS. We really apologize that you feel this way. We did however discuss these issues with you prior to the purchase and even had you sign on the bill of sale that you were aware of the issues and acknowledged them. We did give you a full refund, minus the Tax, title and registration, which is completely out of our hands and will need to be addressed with the state and we hope that you can find a resolution with them as well.

They sell you junk cars that are pretty are like lemons on top of that bad customer service ever especially the owner hanging up on the the customers and also treated them like xxxx and really rude and disrespectful to work with, they have have bad work ethics as well soo who ever sees this do not I repeat do not go to this xxxxty xxx dealer ship cause it’s really horrible…..
