Good service deserves loyalty. Good cars, good people. I've loved every Saturn and Mitsubishi I've had. Sales and service departments are both fair, honest and affordable.

Service
I asked for oil change and add Crystal infusion on my windshield and the time frame was good. They were asking me about change air filter and hepa filter. I would do that next service. They says ok!

Stand by their warranty, Great place
We actually purchased our 2012 Nissan quest van at the dealership in July of 2015. We were extremely happy with the customer service than and had received a lifetime power train warranty on our purchase. Well this month at 158,000 miles our Nissan dealer said the transmission was going out of our van. We contacted White Bear they checked it out and said yes we need a new transmission. They put in a transmission no cost to us and knowing that we had planned to leave the previous week on vacation; Nissan got the transmission in by Friday and had it completely done by Tuesday of the next week. My husband said we would definitely buy from them if they got the vehicle in that we want. The one thing that was confusing was when we went to pick up the van, they didn't seem interested in helping to complete the process. We were just told to go through a door and it's to your right, When I got to the designated place, I was back where I started. I than searched around til I found someone else to help me. That is why the two items have 4 stars not five.

Excellence in motion and details
This is the third auto we have Leased thru this dealership and also thru the efforts of our sales rep. Brian is considered to be an old friend and someone looking out for our interests. After some discussion of our wants and needs we went for a test drive to compare models and settled the deal. 2019 Winter with a PHEV
On a return trip from Duluth MN to Woodbury Mn I had to fill up before getting home. Miles driven divided by gallons used came out to 18 MPG. That's right - 18 MPG highway driving. After that happened, a couple of weeks lated my check engine light came on. I was told to go to a differnt dealer and after a 30 mile drive and two hour wait I was told it was "too cold outside" to drive the car. That's right, it was too cold to drive the car. A mitsubishi corporate rep asked if they could melt a plastic molding to try and get a different sensor installed. He could not confirm this was an approved upgrade. I have not heard from him since. This is the worse car I have ever purchased and if you cannot use it when it is cold out what use is it in Minnesota??? 18 MPG highway driving. Multiple recalls for service. The car cannot maintain a charge. In my humble opinion, do not buy a Mitsubishi PHEV!!!!!!

Amazing Experience
Everyone was so amazing from the moment I walked in the door. Mya was wonderful when I was test driving my car and very informative. It didn’t feel like high pressure sales, but like she genuinely cared about my purchase and me. Matt in Financing was the best! I honestly hate the whole financing part of buying a car and I was having so much fun I forgot the stress of all the paperwork. I had a ding on the car that wasn’t there when I test drove it and Mya set me up to get it fixed. When I came in this Tuesday, Patrick was wonderful. I also heard him interact with another customer and the service attitude was exceptional. Completely impressed with my whole experience!

As soon as I pulled my vehicle into the service lane I was treated like a king. They performed the service in a very timely manner and I was back on the road again. I would recommend the dealership to anyone I know.

Excellent work and customer service. Oil change, tire rotation, sealed a slow leak in my tire, and my car interior was detailed. The inside looks like new again.

Window replacement
My new car had a scratched driver side side window. This was replaced in a very quick and efficient manner. It took less than the estimated 1 hour. I now have a nice UNscratced window.
