I’ve been to this service center on multiple occasions and have always had a really good experience. Chad Bromwell have awesome customer service. He and his team ran diagnostics for me on 2 different vehicles and went on a ride along with me, all at no charge. They were quick finding the problem my car was having, and they were quick fixing it. I’ll definitely continue taking my vehicles there.

The team was attentive a had a great smooth low pressure purchasing process. I would purchase from them again.

Decided to look at a used vehicle that Newberg Ford had listed. Kaleb was the salesman that greeted me at the door. He was laid back and let me browse. He was accommodating and friendly and did not put any pressure on me. I would recommend Kaleb.

Came in after a bad experience at another dealership. Stated what I wanted and what I could spend. Tyler listened and tried to make it happen. We got within $400 of where I needed to be, which was great. Aside from the brief haggle part (and a lame cookie jar analogy), my only other complaint is that even though it was after 7 pm, that shouldn't make my purchase a rush job. The finance guy complained he wasn't paid by the hour and kept pushing papers at me to sign and acting impatient as I read them, I had to go across the street to get the tank filled myself, and I didn't get a tutorial on how to use the vehicle (which was not fun in the fog on the way home trying to figure out how to turn the auto lights off bright). Overall, a good experience. Tyler was definitely a good guy.

Recently purchased a Raptor from Newberg Ford and would highly recommend working with Kaleb. He was great to work with and made the entire process a breeze. I traded in a truck and thought the process would be difficult but it was not.

Kaleb assisted me with my purchase. He was professional, straight forward, and helpful. When I showed up he had already brought out the vehicle I had called about, ready to drive. He helpfully pointed out and explained some of the features during my test drive. Their prices are fair, with my vehicle priced decently below bluebook. I would definitely buy from them again.
