Worst used vehical I ever purchased was leaking oil with
Worst used vehical I ever purchased was leaking oil with in 24 hrs, then one repair after another. Now needs a new engeine less then 6 mo. After purchase. They do not check their vehicals out well enough before listing them for sale. It was clearly a dump. I do not reccomend this dealership at least not for used car purchases. Buyer beware!

I contacted the dealership they did ‘still’ had the Maverick. The salesman (Dylan) was very attentive we arranged for a test drive, the staff were all very nice, I did purchase the truck and have arranged for a second one in the next week or two, Thanks Guys!

Seemed like an ethical operation, and the truck was
Seemed like an ethical operation, and the truck was already at the top of my budget, so I declined the extended warranty. Within 100 miles, I came to realize that it was 600 miles over for an oil change, needed both CV axles replaced, it had a tire that wouldn't take a balance, and needed to be replaced, and it had a broken headlight mount. My headlight literally fell out at a stop sign on my way home from buying the truck, and dangled by the wires... I had 1300 bucks into repairs before I even had 100 miles on the truck, and THEN checked my credit report and found that there were 6 new inquiries.. It knocked my credit score down by over 50 points, and I've never missed a payment on anything in my life. These guys were smug and pushy the whole time, and I didn't like the vibe there, but I wanted that specific pickup, and thought I count on a huge dealership to be ethical on a 29k dollar sale. There are a million dealerships out there everyone. Don't go to this one! I have never been screwed that bad on anything in my life!

Everything seemed fine until after the deal was done. I was promised weatherproof floor mats as part of the purchase agreement, but now they're refusing to provide them because I didn't give a "perfect" survey score. To be clear, the survey was not part of any written agreement I signed, it was a verbal request to give the salesperson all 10s. I did provide high marks, but apparently, it wasn't "perfect" enough for them. Instead of honoring the deal, they're using the survey as an excuse to back out of providing something as small as $200 floor mats even though we signed an agreement. This behavior is petty, unprofessional, and a huge red flag for how they treat customers. A business that puts more value on a survey than honoring their commitments and signed agreements, is not one you can trust. Go to a dealership that respects their customers and stands by their word.

Dear Ryan, we appreciate your feedback. After talking with your salesperson, he asserts that Cornerstone did not make any arrangements or commitments for floor mats. His arrangement for mats was a personal offer, coming out of his own pocket. That is not something we endorse or condone. That verbal offer is not reflected in any of the vehicle purchase paperwork with Cornerstone. If you did not receive the paperwork sent to you on Thursday, let us know and we will resend it. The score he received on the manufacturer survey was 790/1000. That score is well below our dealership average of 986. Please tell us if there is anything else we can help you with.

Exemplary integrity. Justin, Jesse and Cornerstone in general were great. We had our 2018 F150 in for some warranty and recall work. One of the repairs had an error that caused an issue a couple weeks later. Cornerstone Ford got it diagnosed and taken care of. We were very happy with Justin and Jesse’s communication. Overall, their honesty and integrity has Cornerstone Ford as tops for us.

I just purchased an Expedition from Cornerstone and
I just purchased an Expedition from Cornerstone and worked with Josh Sims. I wasn't familiar with Cornerstone, but found the vehicle online. We traveled from a distance and I albeit threated Josh that it better be as described- it was even better! Josh had our ETA, met us by the front door, and was respectful of our time. We drove the Expedition, weren't passed around to other team members and were back on the road in our new ride.

Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!
