Bought a 2019 f-350 spent a good amount on the truck it had a small dent in the front bumper didn't catch it until I got home took a picture of it and sent it to the dealership the truck had 1969 miles on it when I bought it they told me they would try to fix it replacement was out of the question the dent was not repaired there work actually made it worse I think there greedy and cheep for not replacing it xxxx I'd even pay for half of the new bumper won't be going back

Purchasing Ford 150 review
Outstanding experience. Searched for our truck on the internet. Called Cornerstone and they held the truck for us until we could drive the four hours to the dealership. Duane meet us at the door and we were able to complete the transaction. We would recommend Cornerstone Ford .

Great Service Department
They text me throughout the process to let me know what they found and pricing to repair. Asked for authorization to proceed before repairing. The service representative was very professional and friendly.

Shop was very busy the day I stopped by. I was told wait could be as much as 1:30 hrs. They gout me thru in less than an hour. Good update during that time.

Total run around, waste of 4 hours of my time
Called to have my drivers seat, repaired. The stitching let go. Same is happening on the passenger seat, told the woman exactly what was wrong, and that I needed it stitched. When I arrived, I was told that there is no one that works on it in the dealership, and no connection to repair it, only replace it? It’s a 50.00 repair job. I drive back home in a loner only to be told replacing cost is 500.00/ seat? So I turn around to hit rush hour traffic . 4 hours of my time for nothing, had the service appointment scheduler, known what the service department did, this could have been avoided. Pathetic! And my bumper to bumper insurance policy, covered nothing, so glad I pitched it. Again for nothing?

I have bought 2 vehicles and my family members have also bought vehicles from here. Great experience, everyone is so nice and friendly. Service is knowledgeable and friendly as well. I trust the techs and the quick lane is fabulous as well. Overall great place to buy a car and service it at as well.

Never going back!
Felt pressured, pushed out of the deal once I chose not to take the loan they wanted me to take, even though I couldnt afford the loan. Will never go back. Mark and kurt ignored me my last few messages. Terrible sales reps,

Terrible, stressful, felt LIED to
Liars. Didnt do anything good for me. Felt pushed into taking a loan I couldnt afford, and once I told them no for the 10th time, I felt like I was being ignored. Mark and kurt refused to reply back to me. I'm done!
