Best service ever
I have always dreaded the new car buying process due to past experiences. However, dealing with Josh Sims changed that. He was friendly, knowledgable, followed up, worked to find us the vehicle we wanted and did everything I would expect of a good salesman and have never found in the past. All others we dealt with made our total experience at Cornerstone seamless. We put our trust in him and appreciate Josh taking care of us.

I'm never buying a car at another dealer!
We were looking for a newer used vehicle, and found 2 online that we wanted to look at, both 2012 Dodge Journeys. One was at another dealer (Luther Brookdale Dodge), and, since it was closer, we went there first. We drove the car, loved it, and started to fill out the paperwork. The sales guy had issues with his computer, so he went to talk to his manager. Turns out the car was already sold, but the other manager didn't have someone put a sold sign on it, and we lost that one. We looked around for an hour and didn't see anything else we liked. They had another one at one of their other dealerships, but couldn't get it brought over for some reason, even though it was early afternoon. We gave up on that one, and the dealership. We decided to go to Cornerstone in Elk River to see the other one. John Hendrickson met us at the door and made us feel very welcome. Since we called ahead to see if it had been sold (it hadn't), John had grabbed the keys and was ready for us. The car was right outside the door, and we went to look at it. Unfortunately, it was previously owned by a smoker, so that one was out, too. John suggested we look at several other cars (some different than the Journey), but then found on his inventory sheet a 2013 Journey. We looked at it and immediately loved it. They looked at our trade-in and offered us $2,000 more than the other dealership. Long story short (I know, too late), we drove away in our new 2013 Dodge Journey. John was very easy to work with, had lots of good stories, great experience and knowledge, and was very helpful. He even stayed about an hour past when he was scheduled to leave, just to make sure we got through the paperwork process OK (they were really backed up in that department because it was a busy day). My wife and I decided that next time we're looking for a car, we know where we are going first, and that's Cornerstone.

2015 Dod
I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart at Cornerstone in Elk River, I received excellent customer service! All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially John Hedrickson. The process of buying a car was very easy with the help of John! He was beyond helpful when finding the perfect car for me he took his time and really listened to what i wanted! I would recommend asking for John at cornerstone, he anwserd all my questions and was more than patient with me throughout the whole process! Overall Great experience!

2015 Dodge Dart

Great Service
I recently had a clutch replaced on my 2014 Ford Fiesta at Cornerstone and Jeff really took care of me! I was kept up to date on the status of my car and he really helped me get a great deal on what I needed! SO PLEASED!!! Also, we have bought 3 vehicles from Brandon Barth, he is laid back with lots of knowledge, so if you are like us and already have something in mind to check out he is great and low pressure to buy from!

He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, I got exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle for a fair price. Service Department
I recently purchased a pre-owned F150 and prior to purchase we discovered a fluid leak possibly coming from the transmission seal. When the vehicle was inspected by the service department they discovered that the main transmission seal was bad and needed to be replaced. With the transmission exposed they also uncovered a bad torque converter and tranny pump failing. They consulted with sales manager and completed the entire repair ($$$) to stand behind their promise to their customers. When I picked the vehicle up, I met Service advisor, Mark Norring who took the time to explain to me in detail the service and repair completed on the truck. Mark assured me that the transmission was inspected and repaired by one of their experienced Mechanic and that the transmission is basically brand new and will last a very long time. Mark's attention to detail and courteous professional mannerism is just another example Cornerstones commitment to their customers and why if people who are either looking for a new/preowned vehicle or in need of trustworthy and honest repair, should literally never go anywhere else but Cornerstone Ford, Chrysler, Jeep. Thank you Mark and your service professionals for the exceptional customer service! you are all an asset to Cornerstone Ford Service department and a credit to the vehicle service industry!!
