The sales associate Anna was fabulous! If she couldn't answer a question, she certainly made it up by running over and getting the answer right there from a senior associate. The process was smooth, associates were all very friendly. Anna helped me get my phone set up, and responded to my emails promptly. Great experience. Looking forward to future business. I stopped at Cornerstone Ford in Elk River a couple of days ago "just looking around" I have been looking at the F-150 tracks for about 6 month had no attention of buying a track on that day! After driving up and done in the lot for 15-20 minutes I saw 2 tracks I want to check out so I went in asked for a sale?s person Tricia Hansen was available at that time. We talked for a bet and she understood the fact that I was there to look and try few F-150 tracks. After driving 4-5 F-150 tracks and seeing how helpful Tricia was and never showing any frustration with me as I had her run in and out getting keys for different tracks. Plus the fact everyone in the dealership from mangers to sales were very nice smiling and saying Hi to me and my family Long story short I spent all day in the dealership found an F-150 with the help from Tricia Hansen Kept everyone working late that day as they all were trying to get the paper works ready and yet met my goals and objectives on my trade. If you are in the market for new and or used tracks/cars I really recommend you to stop at the Cornerstone Dealership in Elk River ask for Tricia Hansen she will make your buying experience a joy just like she did mine.

My wife and I went to Cornerstone to check out and test drive a few vehicles. We had no intention of purchasing anything right away. Deb Peterson helped us out. I found her sales approach refreshing, as she was not pushy. It is easy to tell that the whole staff gets along well. Needless to say, we drove away with a 2015 Taurus! The entire experience was quick and stress free. I would definitely come back!

How refreshing to actually have a salesman that knows how to sell! I was in sales for 35 years and Roger Olsen did everything right. He asked what our wants and needs were, what we like and didn't like in a vehicle and then actually took time to review all the amenities the vehicle had to offer as we sat in the lot prior to the test drive. When asked if he could do a search for alternative vehicles he did so in an expeditious manner and sent the window stickers so we could compare apples to apples. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were also pleased at how quickly we got in and out of the dealership when we went in to sign the papers and pick up the vehicle. I stopped at Cornerstone Ford a couple of weeks ago "just looking around" and was approached by Nate McMahon. I asked for a couple of brochures talked a few minutes and had a good feeling for Nate and the organization. I found a very low mileage 2015 Explorer Limited on their web site and dropped in to look at it. Nate was very helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions and took me on a test drive. We discussed the car and I asked how much my trade in was worth. I had an answer in about 10 minutes and told him I would bring my wife back to look. I came back and we discussed what the final price would be. Nate never made me feel "pressured" to buy and made this car purchase the best experience ever. Nate was quick to respond to questions, never gave me bad information and always kept his word. I would recommend Nate to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and feel Cornerstone is not your typical dealership but people who really care about customers.
