I was already fairly set on my vehicle but the sales rep Humberto Ruiz helped me really get comfortable with my decision and I never felt pressured. The process was actually fairly quick and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes between steps when purchasing and filling out paperwork. Their finance manager Geoff Eades is fabulous! Highly knowledgeable in his field and gave me clear interpretations as to what certain things meant while also standing on my side and finding me a better rate than my credit union offered me!! Overall a wonderful experience and I definitely plan on returning here for my next vehicle purchase.
