After service low brake fluid warning came on the way home
I took my 14 Forester here for it's 60K service today (12/8/2017). The experience was fine, everyone was friendly and they were faster than expected. Unfortunately on my way home I got a warning that the brake fluid level was low. In my opinion, this is something that should definitely have been caught by any sort of quality inspection, which leads me to believe they didn't really bother to have anyone actually inspect or drive my car before returning it to me. Now what do I do? Do I assume everything else they did was OK? This is the safety of my family I'm dealing with. I drove all the way back to them for them to fix this error, but I wasn't happy about it, and didn't know what to ask for. Do I trust the same shop to look over the rest of their work or pay another shop to make sure it's all OK? I don't have confidence that they did a good job on anything and I'm a little frightened to ask them to do more work after making a glaring error like this. I wish I had gone somewhere else, so I could feel better about driving around in my car right now. The reason I took it to the dealership was specifically to avoid this kind of thing. As I don't know a whole lot about cars, it's really difficult to find somewhere you can trust.

Kiki is the best car saleswoman!!!!
Kiki was absolutely amazing and helped get me into my dream car! It was such a great experience, from the beginning to the end. I couldn't have imagined a smoother process! Kiki was very helpful, kind, patient, professional, and hilarious. I've had car dealerships pressure so hard but there was NO pressure here. I got my baby for a great price! I finished chemo and wanted to buy a car as a gift to myself for finishing. So that is what I did and I'm a very happy costumer. Scott was also very great. Corey also came outside to shake my hand and congratulate me on finishing my cancer battle. No complains on how this day went, this day made my whole year. Thank you Kiki, Scott and Subaru Dealership for making this happen!

Awesome Experience
We went into the dealership a little hesitant on talking to someone because my wife and I had a really bad experience at another Subaru Dealership. So when the salesman came up, we weren't sure if we wanted to talk to him. BUT JAKE WAS AWESOME. He wasn't pushy, he gave us time to look, there was no pressure to get anything right on the spot, and it was the most pleasant car shopping experience i've had. If you go to the Lithia dealership, ask for Jake. He was great.

Painless and easy car shopping
Kiki is the best. She made buying our car so fast and efficient. She is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We actually weren’t intending to buy a new car that day but she was so reasonable, answered all our questions, and explained everything thoroughly which made us change our minds. Great job by the service department
My Subaru Legacy had a leaky sunroof and I called all the Subaru dealerships in Portland. None of them would even pick up the phone in their service department. I was very frustrated. A guy at AAMCO ended up recommending us to Lithia Subaru (the Subaru in Oregon City) and said it had a great reputation. He did not lie! At Lithia Subaru, Daniel took my call and answered my questions over the phone. I then took my car in the following workday, and Daniel greeted me, re-explained to me the job, and took care of it ASAP. I was super impressed at his professionalism and efficiency. I'll be going to this dealership for all my future service on my Subaru. I literally could not be happier with their service and work.
