excellent advice
I feared I needed a new battery, based on some issues my 2015 Forrester was having. Gary Chartier talked me through the issues, the battery-testing procedure and my options. Based on my previous experiences here at Lithia (where I bought my car and have it serviced regularly), I fully trusted what Gary told me and therefore I accepted his recommendation that no battery is needed. Additionally, he was able to take me through the clock-re-settig procedure in a way that I could understand! (All that toggling is not intuitive!) A++ to Gary. Overall, I have been very pleased with all my visits to Lithia. There is not an ounce of condescension or impatience towards someone (a woman) who has, shall we say, limited aptitude with cars and technology. Everything is clearly and respectfully communicated. Information is presented in a timely fashion. Service is efficient and complete, and not rushed.

love my subaru
David, helped me trade in my car for a brand new car! The model I wanted wasn't available at their lot so it had to be transferred. Although, the whole process took 6-7 hrs (trading, purchasing, waiting for the car to get here)! I was happy to go home with my new car. The only issue I had was that they didn't offer a rental car for you to go home and wait, so my fiance and I had to get a lyft to take us home and come back when the car was ready. Offering that service would of been a plus. Also, going through the checklist after getting my car seemed like a drag. He repeated things he had already told me during the test drive. Don't get me wrong, I appreciated him being thorough, but after being there the whole day, I just wanted to leave. I also didn't appreciate that he would be on his phone checking his facebook. Because at that moment, I had no patience. Overall, my experience at the dealership with David was good. But, I definitely would recommend them concentrating on their customer service side. Thank you!

New Subaru Outback Owner
Let me start by saying that before we arrived at Lithia we had already agreed to a price, car model, and had test driven a friends Outback several times, so all we needed to do was complete a cash transaction. The entire staff of Lithia was helpful, courteous and friendly through the entire process, but there were some bumps in the buying process. We arrived on time, mid-week for a prearranged appointment and discovered that our salesperson wasn't even in the dealership, so we ended up starting the transaction with another sales person half an hour later than anticipated. Our transaction, with cash in hand, no trade in, no test drive, lasted 6 hours. By now its 8Pm, dark outside and the last thirty minutes of the transaction were devoted to having the sales person explain the technical aspects ( Eyesight, Navigation, Entertainment system, Etc ) of a fully loaded car, so we could safely drive it home. We felt that part of the experience was lacking. My neighbor who bought an Outback from Lithia said their experience was very similar, lasting 6 hours, so be prepared to spend the day. Saving the best news for last. After considerable shopping around Lithia had the best price in the Tri-County area. In conclusion, we would recommend Lithia, but don?t expect your transaction to be completed in a couple of hours.

Amazing Service at the Service Center
Gary Chartier, the service advisor, worked incredibly hard to make sure that I was able to get on the road quickly after having a scare with my 2014 crosstrek. He understood my need to be on the road that day, and secured me a loaner car in record time, as well as putting my fears with my own car to ease. Overall his team, and colleagues (Special shout out to Sam who I spoke on the phone to!) did a great job helping me out :)

Love my STI
The Lithia team was very friendly and helpful. They helped find the perfect vehicle for me. The sales staff was patient and friendly. They were fairly busy the day I came in but did a good job keeping me up to date and informed of what was happening. I am very happy with the overall experience.
