Wonderful people, Herculean effort

I was referred to this dealership along with 2 others in the Portland area by my financial institution USAA. All 3 engaged me online and we had discussions. When I finally came into the dealership, I met Devon Paton. She was wonderful and answered all of my questions. I left that day not buying a car as my first 2 choices were not available. I later decided online to buy my second choice color that was coming in later this month. I put a deposit on it via email. While waiting, I continued to explore their website. I found that my favorite combination was coming in next month. I wrote to Louise, the internet manager, and she said that I could switch out cars for the agreed upon price since all specifications were identical. I went right in the next day and I noticed that Devon was there and pointed out that I had worked with her in person. I wanted to work with Devon again. Devon was training a brand new employee. Her calm demeanor put the employee and myself at ease. I also liked Rick a lot in finances.

Fantastic Service

My wife and I came in to the dealership, uncertain of whether or not we were going to buy a car. Our experience with Devon made us feel very comfortable, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Customer service is very important, and our experience couldn't have been better. Thank you for everything! We love our new car!

Patient and thorough

Visited a handful of Subaru dealers in Oregon, from Portland to Eugene, and this was where we felt the most comfortable, so we returned to take the next step forward. I came in with negative equity on my car and they were happy to work with me to find a way to minimize that and get me into a great new car that met my needs. David "DK" Killion, Mark Turanski, and Val Brown were especially awesome with answering ALL my questions and explaining things as thoroughly as possible. Buying cars is a stressful experience but they did all they could to minimize it. And they let us have our sweet little pup with us the entire time and they were very kind to her. I did not feel overly pressured and they really helped guide me to find a car that met my criteria. The only cons were that there was some misinformation given to us that got clarified when we got into the Finance Dept. and there was a considerable wait to close the deal and sign the papers. This was late on a Saturday, which I'm sure is one of their busiest times.

Best experience ever buying a car!

Often I have had buyers remorse after buying a car or another large purchase. Usually it was because I felt pressure to make the deal that day. But, when we went to Lithia it was actually a very wonderful experience. We just moved to the area from across the country and I had read about their reviews. This is why we went there first. Melinda was our salesperson and she not only was most professional and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in, but she was kind. Our personalities clicked right away and I felt like she wasn't trying to sit in front of me and convince me to buy this car, but instead she worked beside me so I would be happy in my decision. Not pushy at all. We decided to finance the car as well and that experience was very pleasant too. I couldn't be happier with the entire dealership and feel I will continue to do business with them.

Great and personable salesman

Matt and the team at Lithiandid a great job of making my first dealership buy a comfortable and good experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looks at as well as numerous other vehicles. Two thumbs up to him and Geoff who was my financial guy. Thanks!

Wonderful experience and service

Went in with specific requests on a purchase for a vehicle. My husband and I are laid back and I hate pushy salesman soon we got a guy who was perfect for our personality named Matt. Within a few hours we waked our driving a new vehicle and on cloud nine, that was on a Saturday. Monday while coming home from work my car was shaking really hard and just was very scared so I called Matt to explain and he asked what convenient for us which was hard as husband and I work completely opposite shifts AND leaving out of town on vacation. So Thursday we were leaving and on Wednesday we dropped off the car and Daniel made me a promise I would have it the next day to use on our cacation. So in 24 hours I went from having a scary new vehicle to enjoying our brand new car and our vacation. I am so very impressed and thankful at how quick easy and accommodating they were first our needs. A definite thumbs up and much love sent there way I will recommend anyone there in a heartbeat

Great staff, excellent experience!!

I just picked up my new Subaru Legacy today from Lithia Subaru and my sales person, Devon Patton. I've bought many cars in my life and this was the easiest, most smooth experience I've ever had. Devon is a smart, professional person with a deep knowledge of cars. Far more than most of the sales people I've dealt with in my lifetime. Every other person we dealt with at Lithia was terrific. Especially Andrea Cook and Cory Fay. I highly recommend this dealership and Devon Patton!

Great. Hassle free

Lithia Subaru was a great buying experience. Lowest prices and Patricio our salesman was outstanding. Very efficient and streamlined, and no pressure at all like some dealerships.

Great experience

I felt great after I bought a car I think this is the first time that is ever happened I want to thank the sales person he was absolutely wonderful I marked his name this was all done through the Internet I spent less than two hours at the dealership itself JoBlo way with the car that I wanted to drive away and had a great interest-rate a good payment staff was very helpful financing was just as helpful as a salesperson one I would recommend them very highly Jim Renner
