They don't pay attention to detail, they don't fix the

I didn't have good credit so they wanted me to give

Once again, Yarmon Ford came through for me.
Once again, Yarmon Ford came through for me. Sending my son off to Arizona, for his senior year. Blake and Jesse worked their tails off to find him a Honda Accord, that would get him there. Most definitely would send friends and family their way.

Horrible takes them an more then an hour for simple oil
Horrible takes them an more then an hour for simple oil change tries to convince us to buy more stuff that's not needed tells us we have to replace all our tires cause one has a nail his reason is our explorer is AWD WHICH ITS NOT ITS 4X4

Exceptional Service!
Exceptional Service! We stalled on Hwy 55 east of Paynesville. Grant came out, towed us to their shop, he and his crew got us fixed up and back on the road in 2 hours. Very friendly staff, they went the extra mile to get us going.

Beware of service charges.
2 hours for an oil change and check engine light code reason. Then a $150 charge for a “check engine light diagnostic”. Seems excessive and something I should have been told up front.

If I could take away the one star I would.
If I could take away the one star I would. I thought a FORD dealer would be able to fix my FORD expedition but boy I was so wrong! They had my car for over 3 weeks and I got it back worse than when I brought it in with almost a $4,000 bill! Driving past Yarmon makes me sick to my stomach. The shop doesn’t have a clue what’s going on. They kept telling me I need stuff replaced that I didn’t and then the STOP factor was putting a new FORD catalytic converter in for thousands of more dollars 😡 I have never been so disgusted with someone trying to fix my car. Brought my car to a little local shop and guess what???? My car was fixed within a half an hour and for less than $50. I still can’t even believe it. The one and only nice thing was, I put a lot of miles on their loaners which were switched out every few days because”someone was buying this one”. So I maybe would think again and go to a small shop because trust me…they care more!!
