Everything went really well, but the dealership is still struggling with staffing. It took over two hours to get through the oil change/checkup.

Robert gave great service and helped me select the vehicle that was just right for me. Thanks for being so kind and helpful. I appreciate that he pointed out the benefits of each trim and listened to what I wanted. Travis was also very kind and helpful to show me how get the payments where I needed them to be. No matter how many questions I had they had the patience. This was the best car buying experience I have had. Highly recommended. Thank you for being great to work with!

Always professional and courteous. The customer lounge is clean and the coffee is free and fresh. They communicate well about what they are doing, what needs to be done and what can wait. I appreciate that.

I was not given the correct timeframe to return for

I was not given the correct timeframe to return for service, so there was some frustration on my part. The service attendant did a great job of ensuring my vehicle was in proper working order and completed a warranty job, so the trip was not wasted. Thank you for getting me back on track!
