I had a really great experience buying a new Ioniq 5 from Beaverton Hyundai. Sarek, Juan and Jorge were able to work with me on a deal that was one of the best I could find in the entire PNW (I was searching across Washington, Oregon and even in California). They didn't overpromise and on verbal commitments held to them when I showed up to close the deal - this to me is exceptional because I've personally had observed 3-4 experiences where dealerships pull the rug on you and renege their commitments. Beaverton Hyundai was honest, provided a great deal and ultimately were able to process the transaction upon my arrival in 2 hours which I really appreciated. Again, if you're in the PNW looking for a Hyundai, I would highly recommend them!

Sarek and Juan were honest, transparent and easy to work with. They were able to work with me on an out of state deal on a new Ioniq 5 - and I had been reaching out to Hyundai dealerships from Seattle to the Bay Area. They didn't overpromise and pull any surprises. On the floor Beaverton Hyundai runs a lot more professionally than other dealerships I've worked with - its quiet, everyone is professional and efficient. When I come onsite they stayed true to the numbers and got me in and out within 2 hours. The car was clean, my existing lease was grounded and they figured out WA state taxes and paperwork in that time. I had a really positive experience with them and would recommend them to anyone in the PNW interested in a Hyundai.

Scheduled a test drive for a newly listed car and traveled in from out of state to purchase. Everything was good as I fully planned on purchasing the car but the vehicle needed tires. Sales Manager said he agreed and would either include free tires with the sale or knock off the price of the tires from the sale. I agreed and informed him I intended to pay cash in full and he took the entire sale off the table and was no longer interested in selling the car to me. I was puzzled as I was ready to purchase the car however necessary to make it happen (+800 credit score and or full amount in cash).... I was unbelievably odd, puzzling, and frankly unprofessional. I ended up leaving driving back to Washington without the car and full cash in my pocket wondering what just happened.
