Hunter was easy to work with and helpful -- However, the amount of time spent at Carr Subaru just waiting for paper work to be ready was exorbitant. Everything was supposed to be ready, but for 20 minutes of actual work, I spend an hour and 20 minutes waiting.

Great. I appreciate the use of a loner car while my recall issue was being repaired. I also appreciated my car being washed and clean upon pick up. Great service and friendly, helpful staff.
