Thanks Riley and Carr for our new 2021 Forester.

Our 2007 Outback with over 200,000 miles died this last week. I've had Subarus since I learned to drive. We have had other brands and rental cars. Subarus are the best. We were introduced to manager who introduced us to Riley Lidel. Riley was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained the new technology and answered our questions, even though we had done our research on models. Both he and the finance manager explained our various options. No hardell. Dealership was very clean and Covid Protocols were evident. We went home with our beautiful new Forester the same day.


Trust Broken

Purchased new forester July 2020. While paying for the car I was given a paper to sign saying the mileage was 72 miles. I drove the car home Friday PM. Sunday I drove the car next and noticed the cars mileage was over 540. My fault for not checking before I paid for the car. I felt like I bought a used car and the new car feeling left. Trust broken. Also received a pit stop coupon for new vehicles. In August I went to Carr Service to use the pit stop service and was told there would be about a two and a half hour wait or I could come back in December. Second try was the same. So I will take my service needs to another dealer.



I went to Carr Subaru looking for a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and they had exactly what I was looking for. Eddo made the process as easy as it gets while making sure I was taking care of throught out my entire time at Carr. If you're looking for a fast, easy and fun car buying experience I highly recommend purchasing a car through Eddo! By far the friendliest salesperson you'll ever meet


Extraordinary Customer Service

Just after we purchased our 2021 Outback, we had a minor issue with the drivers side window. I contacted Adam Gates my, I like to now call him my friend. Adam made arrangements to come pick up my car and bring me a loaner. He was all ready to make the three hour drive to do this, but I wouldn't let him. I finally talked him into meeting me half way to make the exchange. A few days later our new car was all fixed. My wife and I drove to Portland, and Adam came in on his day off to take care of us! When it's time to upgrade, I don't want to work with anyone else but Adam. Thank you Subaru for our 2021 Outback, and thank you CARR Subaru for Adam Gates. He is the reason we keep coming back, and we tell anyone who wants to listen.


Would buy from anyone else!

We traveled up from Roseburg to work with Adam Gates to buy our new car. We started emailing over every little detail about the car we were interested in. Adam was so professional from start to finish. Every question was answered from the accessories, to the price. After deciding on the car, we drove up to make the purchase. This is the second car we have bought from Adam, and besides the product he is the reason we came back. The whole process from start to finish was awesome. We also would like to thank Austin Grant for making the paperwork process as painless as possible. When it comes to purchasing a car, there is no better team than Adam Gates and Austin Grant. Thank you both for making our car purchase a truly enjoyable experience.


Praise for Parker Bull

We recently purchased a new (2020) Outback from Carr. Parker Bull was our salesman, who earlier in the day had helped us out on the phone. He listened carefully to what we wanted, and answered all our questions. We had previously looked over the Outback inventory on line, and knew the exact car we wanted, assuming the deal was right. After our test drive, during which we decided to buy, Parker found the car and we started the process. Parker was very methodical and thorough and kept the process going as best as he could. (I only gave the "buying process" 4 stars above, because it still took about 3 hours, with financing.) Parker was friendly and informative, and we would not hesitate to ask for him again.


Great service

Professional and ease...

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Carr Subaru and was impressed with the level of service. I worked with the Finance Manager Hamid Asgari and found him to be patient, responsive to both questions (of which there were many) and special concerns I had about my transaction. My family has purchased several vehicles from Carr, always with the same level of professionalism. We do not hesitate to recommend Carr if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.



Called on a car that was priced online. Never once asked to discount the car. Called them made sure the car was still available. Was told but the sales person that it was. Told them I would like to buy it. They agreed, talked to manager who also agreed to it. Today I call to follow up and am told they wont be letting me buy it. The "Owner told them they couldn't" This place is clearly is doing amazing and they dont need my business. YES I live out of state but that doesnt change anything! MONEY IS MONEY


Enrique truly went the extra mile

Enrique was extremely helpful in turning a bad situation (involving another dealership) into a beautiful new Outback for us. We had been subject to a bad deal at another dealership (different brand altogether) and he was able to turn it around into our leaving happy with a fair deal. We are really happy with our new purchase and we were impressed with the great lengths that he went to in order to remedy a complicated transaction and make it as painless as possible.
