It's all about SERVICE

Beshara Shahin met us at the door, and SERVICE was there! He showed us everything about our car, and now we are the proud owners of it. He spent time with us so that we would know what our new car was all about. He did not rush us with our many questions, and was patient with my husband who had forgotten his hearing aid. He made the experience amazing!

Gresham Subaru

The sales person Jose was very nice and helpful. He followed up with an offer to help answer any questions I have about the operation of the vehicle. The finance portion was perfect. Working with Brent was very smooth. I'm happy I chose Gresham Subaru

My Subaru Experience

I returned to the dealership after meeting Bashara Shahin the Subaru salesman. His faith in Jesus was a factor in my returning to work with him for a car. I felt I could trust him for finding the right car and right price. He was very helpful and worked to accommodate our needs. The service manager was helpful and the whole staff worked together to make our experience a good one. We are enjoying the car more and more. This is the first Subaru we have owned. We have heard many good things about the vehicle we bought and we expect good service from it for our family. Thank You for our experience.

Great Service!

Super good!

Bought a used Subaru there and had a problem. The service manager Steve took good care of me, also service writer Bryan was great help. When I got my car back it was fixed correct and there was no charge. They even gave me a car to drive, I would tell anyone looking for a Subaru to buy it here! Thanks Guys....

Put the customer first.

Our positive experience with the service department led us to make Gresham Subaru our first stop when we purchased our new Outback. We are very pleased with the service and our sales person, Sam. He treated us well, honestly, and helped us find the right match to our needs rather than the most expensive choice.

Express oil change took 2 hours!

Visited for an "Express" oil change and it took 2 hours! On top of that, they charge $90! Nobody even acknowledged how long it took. VERY disappointed! Wilsonville Subaru would have been faster and much more affordable and they are a 20 miles away!

The Best Car buying experience I have had.

Gresham Subaru made it really easy for us to buy a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek for our daughter. Beau And Eric went of there way to make sure we got the right car with the features we wanted and color we wanted. When they didnt have exactly what we wanted. They went above and beyond to get exactly what we wanted. Beau did a great job going over all of features in our new Crosstrek before we left with the car. In a couple of weeks they have come back in just to make sure we understand how to use all of the features of our new car. I have never bought a new car where they made sure you understand how everything works before you leave until now. I strongly recommend Gresham Subaru to anyone that is looking to buy a Subaru new or used. Ask for Beau or Eric they will do what ever they can to help.

Service department

They treated me like i was an idiot. Do not use there service depatment. They are arrogant people working there. I regret buying a car from them and will never buy a car from them again.
