I was just taking a walk while getting an oil change when Joseph approached me in the lot and asked if I needed any help. He questioned me about my interests in cars and proceeded to show me some cars that they had available. In the end he gave me great info and sold me a new car. He answered all my questions excellently and was patient about my decision.

When I returned to Laurel Ford after my first 5,000 mile service check, I was greeted by Toni, my service representative. She was extremely friendly as well as helpful in explaining the service process on my new 2014 Ford F-150 Truck! After a very pleasant and short wait time to have my services completed on my Ford F-150, she personally came to me and said that everything was great in aspects of the oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection and engine inspection. She carefully went over each detail with me making me feel that my truck was in excellent shape and in good service hands at Laurel Ford. I certainly would recommend anyone to visit Laurel Ford for their genuine honesty, diversity in vehicle selections, no harassment selling experience, and hospitality. They have all you need while you are waiting to either buy, sell, trade or service your vehicle under that great LOG CABIN OFFICE! That includes, coffee, beverages, water, cookies, etc. Thanks again Laurel Ford for a satisfying service that is worthwhile in my book!

They quickly diagnosed the issue and scheduled an appointment time that was convenient for me and what the expected cost would be. The work was done in the time they estimated and they promptly informed me when I could pick up my vehicle.
