Wonderful experience

We went to Archie Cochran to look at Ford Expedition's and left thinking about an F350. We called Jay on his day off, Monday, and left with a truck by Friday. We added some options to it and it couldn't have been any easier. We left with the truck we wanted! It couldn't have been more smooth or easy. We will be purchasing from Mike & Jay again in the near future.

Nice job!

I walked in to the service department, and Lindsey immediately found the time to get my vehicle in to a tech. The gentleman got to work and had my vehicle repaired and tested and back to me. I'm very impressed with the efficiency of the service department and the work performed.

Great service, friendly staff.

I get my Edge serviced at Archie Cochran even though I didn't purchase it there because they do all my maintenance service at one time which is very useful for me since I live quite a distance away.

Good service dept but don't forget the details

One suggestion that would have improved my service appt. Due to another commitment I delivered by car for service on a Sunday evening for a Monday morning appt. There is a nice instructional sign about using the drop box and form to leave my keys however there were no forms in the holder to use to identify my keys and the service required so I had to drive to Shopko, buy some envelopes,come back to the service dept and used that to drop in the slot. Conclusion: If Ford has a process to make service more convenient, please don't frustrate your customer by not using it. Thank you.

Truck starts fine "now"

disregard first evaluation just sent. cancelled call to get 87f250 back in. repair seemed to have worked - just went out to start truck. glow plugs kicked in - truck fired right up - tried a different way to start seemed the diesel was not getting enough diesel so I took pedal to the floor board then released then half way and that did the trick and truck fired up and idled. I cancelled call for re-inspection since it seems fine now.

Friendly staff!

I had my 10,000 mile service on my 2015 Ford Fusion. Everything went smoothly and the gentleman statue service desk was very friendly!
