2013 Ford Edge
The sales staff was competent and helpful...until the end. I was handed ONE smart key for this car which translates to an additional cost of likely $250-$300. I would expect this from a smaller dealer but from a well-established Ford dealer, very disappointing. It would be easy them to make another key. Also, there was no follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. I expected more of them.

Chase was the best. Courteous, friendly and went out of his to pick up my wife and I at the airport/car rental drop off. What a great guy ! The rest of the staff was friendly and efficient. Thank you !

Fantastic Buying Experience
I thoroughly enjoyed the buying process with Archie Cochrane Ford in Billings, and Marshall Pentecost made it easy and made me feel taken care of. He really had my best interests at heart throughout the buying process and I am very happy with my 2022 Ford F150 purchase. It was worth the 2 hr drive to Billings.
