Dillon the salesman did a great job.

Dillon was the salesman we delt with. He did everything he could to make the sale. And I did by a beautiful ram truck. I'll probably buy here again.

Repair of leaking oil

I brought my wife's 2002 Jeep Wrangler in because of an oil leak. On this visit part of my billing was not applied because on a warranty coverage from a previous service the year before. Nice. However, after the last visit I would be back two weeks later, again because of an oil leak. At the suggestion of Hunter Heller, a dye would be put into the engine, and I would return two weeks later to determine where the oil was leaking from. The dye showed that a gasket had been wrinkled upon installation. As this was covered under warranty, there was no cost. Great news and great service. I really commend Hunter Heller for his assistance and helpful attitude. It's nice to work with people who are helpful and look to be fair.

Felt comfortable

I felt comfortable dealing on a new car with Cameron Swift...I have bought a new vehicle previously from him and was very happy. Lithia beat the other dealers I checked with on price.

Full Experience

Traded in my old ram for a 2018; from buying with Cameron to working with the service department on scheduled maintenance, I am a customer for life. Other than the old ranchers turning the tv to soap operas in the waiting area, this place is awesome.

Doug Caviness is fantastic! Bought Jeep&love it!

Doug Caviness was extremely helpful. He took time to listen to our wants and went back and forth for a price that was within our budget. Our experience was fabulous. I was disappointed in the attitudes of some surrounding dealers, the smiles were fake and they ignored you if you were not their customer. We were in Lithis for 5 hours and did a lot of waiting as we traded in our family van. Doug was wonderful. He actually helped us the night before. We were from out of town and drove down the night before to look for Jeeps we liked. Lithia was closed and Doug was heading home, but stopped and was kind enough to offer help. We didnt know exactly what we wanted and he was very helpful off the clock. We were looking for used to afford what we wanted. BUT, Doug was able to give us a high trade in price for our Van and find discounts and drop money off of a 2018 brand new Jeep Wrangler. We even ended up with an 8 year 100,000 warranty! Doug is down to earth and not young and cocky like a few standing around.

Everyone went above and beyond to accomodate.

I changed my mind on which pickup I wanted to buy after a night's sleep. That was not a problem. I had a young man wanting to buy my trade, but he could not get his sold in time. Lithia made it simple when I told them I wanted to trade -- they just paid me 40,000.00 cash for my pickup and left the first deal alone. No extra paperwork.
