Bad customer service. Sarah & Charles. Lost a sale
I went in looking for a car that was on their web page. When they brought car out front very dirty inside and outside and this was brand new. So I tried wiping dirt off to see color. At this point Sarah handed me her card and left. Then Charles started talking to me he couldn?t find me any books on challengers and he couldn?t set his coffee cup down to look. I wanted 4 wheel drive he had problem understanding why. Asked to see what rims they had beside black he showed me 2 black sets. He lost my sale. Neither were good at being a sale person they should look for another profession.

Oil change
Quality of work was great, our advisor Josiah was very professional and notified us immediately when our vehicle was ready. When giving the option for making an appointment you should be able to take care of oil changes in a guaranteed time frame vs first come first serve
