Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of Tri-Cities

I went in signed papers and drove off the lot, 3 days later they told me my credit was denied and tried everything possible to get my co signers to be the main purchasers. The following Monday I talked with Frank the manager (after calling 4+ times to get to talk to a manager) and all he could do was talk over me. No one could explain how I got a loan even though my credit was denied. Took them hours to tell me who my bank was that approved the loan and then I had to get ahold of the bank to get the whole story of what was going on. They don’t care about the customer, only about their sale. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to these people. No wonder they have a D rating with the better business bureau. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

The people at Lithia are very nice and friendly. The mechanical work I had done was on a different car than they sell and they repaired it. They have always been very nice to work with.

Dealer and salesman was great to work with. The were able to get the class IV hitch installed same day as purchase as requested and by the time all paperwork was complete.

Tim, Fred, Ruben were all excellent as was the sales manager. I would go back again. Felt they knew the vehicles and were honest. I am very happy with the vehicle.

Hands down go see Cisco. He was so nice & fun. Really made my experience comfortable & he was very knowledgeable. Took the time to go through all the features of my car & answer my hundreds of questions. None of the people I encountered were pushy or trying to sway me one way or the other. Was an easy, no pressure good experience. I didn’t spend much time with Ruben but I was very happy with how well he explained everything & made sure I understood - rather than just throwing papers around saying “sign here and here. Sign here”. Him & Cisco made what was my very stressful situation easier. I’m sure I wasn’t an easy customer, but thank you both for your kindness!

Arthur found the perfect truck for the right price. He is the reason I will come back to lithia Dodge. Prior to this I refused to do business with this dealership. I had horrible experiences with parts and service.

I felt welcome and the sales man was very helpful and respectful. I would really be more than welcome to make another purchase in the future.

Cisco and Brian was very easy to work with, No high pressure sales . Ordered my car and was updated on the car until it arrived. Car was Cleaned and put in the show room for pick up.
