My Jeep went in for an oil change and a 5,000 mile powertrain check. The night before we took it in, the check engine light came on. The whole time my Jeep was at the dealership, I was in constant contact with the person handling the repairs. Parts had to be ordered twice due to damage in shipping, With every thing, I was kept in the loop.

the service is great, but parking is crowded and not always easy to find a spot or to get out of a parking spot due to cars being so close behind or next to you.
