Everyone is always polite and helpful. Eric (diesel mechanic) is the best! Ryan handled the tire repair and he has my vote because he was able to find the nail that had eluded the other tire techs. Finally the tire is fixed!

Scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for an oil

Scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for an oil change, a factory recall for software update, and intermittent apple play issues. Appointment was for a Monday morning at 7:30, I received a call at 3 that they hadn’t gotten it in and wouldn’t be done with it that day. It wasn’t wrapped up until noon the next day. I understand falling behind on afternoon appointments, but if you’re still behind on the stuff from the week before let your upcoming appointments know so they’re not without their vehicle for multiple days.

Extremely long wait time for an appointment.

Extremely long wait time for an appointment. Diagnostic charges were outrageous and unwarranted. They did not follow through when they had warranty information.

This is the second time in 9 months that my car has

This is the second time in 9 months that my car has needed to be worked on. Both times they were held for over a month, communication was bare minimum at times and completely nonexistent at others. In 9 months I've only had my care for like 6 due to the chaos at the dealership. I feel like I was led astray into picking this car and I regret buying it.

Brought in Acadia with front end noise twice, no problem

Brought in Acadia with front end noise twice, no problem found. I took the tire off and one of the front brake pads was down to rivets. My kid took in just Sierra and told him after having them service done on it by them a few weeks earlier that the motor was shot and needed to be replaced. Took it somewhere else and the had forgotten to tighten a clamp I. Back of the engine. No, the engine was not bad and is still running to this day (This was 2 years ago). They charged him over $100.00 for diagnosing his “bad” engine. After complaining, they said that they would give him the diagnostic fee back but it was never sent. My other kid brought his Equinox (that was purchased from them) on Friday June 28th with a ball joint that broke. They said that they could possibly get it in on July 20th and not sooner because all of the techs that normally would work on this are all on vacation. This is the 3rd strike. I just had the car towed out of their lot and will never return. What a way to run a business.

Warranty ignored by dealer.

Had warranty work for rear camera. Long story. But was told it was covered under warranty and would be $100. They were unable to complete repairs, needed a tool. In order to take my truck it would be $205????? guy said I had to pay to get my truck and no one around to talk to about warranty. Brought it back. No charge. But told no charge because they took previous billing screw up ?into consideration ?. Not my fault they had to spend more time on it. Asked for manager to call me still waiting. Way I see it. They stole $105 from me
