Drive in for an oil change spend minimal time with the service representative. Go to the clean waiting area with TV and coffee and in 45 minutes I’ve been briefed by the service representative as to the status of my car and on my way

Posted one price on cars.

Posted one price on cars.com, trying to buy it for the posted price. Then they got back with much higher number. Classic bait and switch! Buyers beware! This is why stealerships should all go out of business. Tesla model of selling to public directly is the best!

Adam, we don't control pricing on 3rd party websites like Cars.com. They pull our inventory feed online and can certainly make mistakes. I'd be curious as to which vehicle specifically you are talking about. Considering you are about 1400 miles away, I would understand that you're unfamiliar with our pricing process and reputation locally as we certainly aren't the "stealership" you're referring to. bought a truck from them on wednesday by thursday morning

bought a truck from them on wednesday by thursday morning cel lights called and ask if i could return it and they said no. tired to call the service manager two days in a row no return calls. salesman tells me to bring it in. he drives it back and within 30 minutes hes back and guess what no codes. so i take it back in today and the underwriter tells me well with no codes thete nothing we can do but we will look at it 6 hours later they call me back saying they couldn’t find anything. which is a 💯 percent lie.

jesse i have not received any phone calls from you after the first one. i literally drove to bismarck twice to have the truck looked at and was told there was nothing you could do. you sold me a truck that needed a turbo cooling line replaced. a timing job and the spark plugs changed. i talked to the salesman just the other day he did not mention anything about anyone trying to get a hold of me. i can look past the heat seats not working, but major mechanical issues not 12 hours after owning it and getting the round around is a different story. i even talked to your finance department today.
