Brennan Dodson was truly amazing to work with! We just bought a 2025 Subaru Legacy from Brennan! He was very knowledgeable and smart when it came to knowing all the in's and out's of the car! He had all the answers we were looking for! Thank you Brennan for an amazing experience!!! We will continue to buy from Subaru of Puyallup and Brennan Dodson!

I am once again disappointed with the maintenance service

I am once again disappointed with the maintenance service at Subaru of Puyallup. Each visit entails an extended wait for check-in, despite having an appointment and arriving early. Furthermore, I've experienced overcharging due to technician/mechanic mishaps. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach the customer service manager, Samantha. Whether she is unavailable or has left for the day, my calls and voicemails at different times have gone unanswered. I am still waiting for her to return my call after missing her the first time. Regrettably, I have decided not to continue my business with this Subaru location, as it has proven to be the most disappointing and unsatisfactory experience among all the Subaru service centers I have visited.

knowledgeable and friendly

My wife started with Ryan but he transferred us to Dima as he was unavailable taking care of kids. I respect someone who puts family ahead of work. Dima was a VERY well informed spokesperson. His explanation and demonstration during test drive was the key factor in our decision to purchase a Forrester Touring. Alan was a very respectful, not pushy salesman and Pablo did great job with paperwork. We are pleased. We've never owned a Subaru but if the car works as well as dealership, we'll be happy.

Loved everything but the danger and lies.

I was initially happy as they seemed kind and interested in making sure I had something safe. I overlooked the broken glovebox, multiple usb connections coming out from under dash improperly that don't work properly, the torn back of the passenger seat, torn driver side speaker and disconnected back speakers, disconnected and improperly mounted camera, and the fabric in the trunk that wasent pinned down because I was promised that it was mechanically sound and maintained. Was also told I would be getting the best warranty he could offer me. Well, I heard some clicking when I turn so I brought it up over the phone a week after purchasing and was promised again that it was fine, the car had been inspected for safety. It was getting worse so when I came in for my next oil change I asked again, they said they do a full check up and when finished I was again told it was fine. Well it wasn't fine, it just kept getting louder so I took it to a different mechanic who told me my inner and outer tie rods were at failure on both sides and I need to get it fixed or stop driving till I could as I could lose steering at any moment. When I called the dealership they said they didn't know how they missed it but I have a warranty so if I bring it in we can start a claim. I decided to call the warranty first (glad I did) and was told I was not covered as much as I had been originally told, that my BASIC coverage does not include this. So called the dealership and they said they would email me a quote to fix it. I was quoted $1268.25 to make the car I bought 5 months ago from them safely drivable. I decided to go with the shop near me for $768 because at least I know if anything else is actually wrong they will tell me. Very disappointed that they kept telling me it was fine and safe but for 5 months I was driving something very dangerous. Also, couldn't rate the person listed as service advisor on my oil change paperwork as he is not include on any of the lists given here. But it was on my receipt Peter Justin Dela cruz, and I would give him 2 stars as the oil change was great, but they clearly never looked at my concerns and let me drive something dangerous off their lot on 3 separate visits after I asked about it and was promised it was looked at.

Great Team!

Everyone I had contact with was amazing. Alivia, my sales person, followed every detail, nothing was to small. I needed a few days to finalize and pick up the car on her day off, my own fault. Everyone at the dealership treated me as if they were the one who sold me the car, they truly are a great team! My daughter bought a used vehicle same day and they helped educate her about insurance, transfer of title, all the things a young adult needs to learn. I will buy my next vehicle with them hands down and will recommend to anyone who asks!

They don't repair they replace.

Service dept is terrible. It's all about money. They were going to replace when nothing was wrong. I would have been out 2000$. They're prices were hundred of dollars higher than other dealers in the area.

Outstanding Service and Truly Stress Free!

Justin Peoples really is a people person. He went above and beyond into helping me acquire the 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness in Geyser Blue which is really hard to find these days. He is very consistent with communication and made sure that I get the vehicle that I want and at a reasonable price. He provided concierge service after our first meeting and then delivered the vehicle at my driveway on the next day. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle with VIP experience, Justin Peoples is the man.

Crappy Subaru dealership

I was speaking with Ryan Gilford about a Jeep I wanted to test drive. We had exchanged multiple emails and text that the car would be ready for me to look at when I got there. The last correspondence was at 1pm. I get to the dealership and ask for Ryan. A gal comes up and tells me the Jeep had sold THAT MORNING!!!. EXCUSE ME! I just confirmed at 1pm. I drove all the way from Mukilteo to see this vehicle. What a S#!++Y way to treat a potential customer. Ryan doesn’t even have a sack to tell me himself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP. there are better Subaru dealership around for new and used cars.

A slice of heaven.....

My sales person was amazing !!!. Her name is Dawn ...she wasn't pushy ...she definitely did not make me uncomfortable.. she was very professional but very sincere. I was very comfortable talking with her and discussing my wants and needs towards the truck I was looking for .I decided to make a deal with her ..her smile just warmed my day , when In fact, it was a very cold day . To sum it it up ...I hope everyone has that experience I had when they buy a vehicle from Dawn .Thank you Dawn ❤️...your a slice of heaven.

Regular used car shop

This dealership has rude staff who don't listen to the customer. While I was present, both buying and servicing my vehicle I heard on each occasion someone being out 10-15k on their car because the dealership refused to be transparent. They set up warranties that expire incredibly fast so they can charge you more later under the false pretense of the warranty still being valid. They tell you it's easy, just to drag you through the mud later. They will hold your vehicle hostage and refuse to inform you of the total charges and service being issued to the vehicle in advance. They act without asking, they are nothing more than a slimy dealership.
