Stress Free? Now we believe it!

Jordan Avery and Kari of the internet team went out of their way to make us feel in our comfort zone. In the past we called dealership sales persons vultures and avoided them. After this new car buying experience we see there is hope for their universe. The whole team was courteous, and helped explain everything about the vehicles as well as referring us to several other online resources for information (including another dealers website!) Negotiations were "normal", all questions and concerns addressed, and price met in a compromise. Jordan our sales professional went above and beyond reviewing all the features of this 'computer on wheels' even volunteering to pair our cellphones! We did not come away exhausted as in the marathons of past negotiating for new or used vehicles. Truly an an anxious to surprisingly friendly to exciting adventure. Seniors appreciate the TLC.

Great Experience!!

I bought my previous Subaru here. 2014 Forester. I'm not gonna lie, the Forester had some issues over the years. Factory recalls, parts wearing out..... and Subaru took care of it every single time. The Customer Service was outstanding for the old and new. The salesperson was super helpful, the finance guys were great. I chose a car, they didn't have the color I wanted but got it in within a couple of days. I went in to pick it up. Financing was done and I was leaving in under an hour.... What? I've never been out of a dealership that quickly. The process was smooth. They met me at the price I was willing to pay (it helps to do your research before hand). Easy Peasy. Thank you everyone. I'll purchase my next Subaru here for sure.

Best buying experience

From the moment I walked in they all were welcoming and helpful. Mark Angeloni was incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been nicer. Never felt like you were at a dealership. The entire staff, manager included greeted us a smile and not overwhelming helping hand. Will definitely go back!

Great Experience At Puyallup of Suburu

Great overall experience working with Puyallup of Suburu, went here looking for a new car for my daughter. From initial contact with Internet Sales Consultant Le'Shung who reserved the vehicle and locked in the stress free price to working with Certified Subaru Sales Consultant Dave Warmack when we arrived at the dealership and Willie Newcomb who squared us away with financing, it was a great experience. The staff is professional and treated us great, thank you.

Purchased a new Cross Trek!!

brought my car into have Eye site calerbrated

They told me so many things wrong with my car. cabin filter need to be changed done 2 weeks ago and air filter. Just done. My brake pads were bad in the front took it to les swab nope there fine. 2 light bulbs the last time wanted $80 to replace them. Got home couldn't find any lite bulbs out.

Once we got past a little hiccup in communication, our experience at Puyallup of Subaru was 1st class. I worked with Ren Malin, who went above and beyond during the entire process. From walking in the door, until I left in my new Subaru, Ren guided me though everything regarding paperwork, apps, and all the bells and whistles on the car.
