Brad Davis is a gifted sales person. He is honest and listens well. He knows his product and is not high pressure. He is a good salesman who is totally transparent. He makes the experience of owning a mini an adventure.

For the first time in my life, I wanted a car just for me. Not a vehicle to safely transport my daughter, not a vehicle to meet my needs for work, and not a vehicle that I had to settle for because of a tight budget. I had ridden in a friend's MINI and was pleased at how much room it had. So, I looked on the websites for the dealerships in the area and found that NW Mini was practically in my back yard. With great excitement I drove to the dealership and was introduced to Steve. He geniunely listened first to what I had to say, not trying to sell me anything. He then told me about the Mini, its history, its great features, and how much he loved the car. I was impressed by his knowledge of the car, his attention to detail and his honest answers. I also loved his sense of humor. I never felt pressured which I have experienced before in buying cars. Instead I left with a great car, a great experience and the knowledge that if I have any questions, Steve will still be there to answer them.

This was my first Mini but it probably won't be my last! I love Northwest Mini! After unsuccessfully trying to buy a Subaru and having to deal with the underhanded and pushy sales techniques of those dealerships, Northwest Mini was a breath of fresh air! There's no pressure here. They let you browse as long as you want and don't hassle you. I came in to test drive a used, barebones Cooper S, but Rocky let me test drive a brand new JCW anyway. Turns out that was the car I fell in love with and eventually purchased. I love that they don't discriminate their potential buyers and really do care about putting someone in a car that's perfect for them. The buying process was straightforward and easy. Rocky was super cool and easy to work with. I love my MINI!!!!

My wife and I visited NW Mini on our aniversary. We had been shopping for gas saving options and we came to the Mini store last. This may not seem like anyones idea of an aniversary well spent but it turned out to be one of our most memorable. As we looked around we were greeted in the lot by Steve Zilkey. He was very personable and genuine. Anyone who has shopped for a car will relate when I say that the multiplicity of choices, as you are standing there in front of them, can be overwhelming. As we were pondering prospects, Steve asked questions that really helped dial us in on what we wanted from a gas saver. He was very adept at breaking down for us what might work for our needs. Once we started to zero in on a particular model, all that was left was picking colors. After that we were struck by what came across as Steves real love for the Mini as he explained for us all of its functions and features. We ended up spending half of our day at the Mini dealership and much of that time with Steve. We never felt pressured, we never were assailed by that toe tapping fidgety need to get the process over with and get out of there feeling (something I have been afflicted with at least a time or two in the past). In fact, after touring the facility and meeting with Brad, the finance guy , we really felt like it will be nothing but pleasurable to bring our new aquisition in for its required services. We had an amazing car purchasing experience at Northwest Mini. Steve is a no pressure sales rep. He is passionate about Mini's and it shows. He talked about restoring his Mini and about the history of the brand. It was monsoon out but Steve walked the lot with us like the sun was out. He even took us to the roof and waded through the puddles to make sure we knew all our options. Once we made our decision on a 2013 Countryman S All wheel, he search for the perfect color at other dealers. The financing was quick and easy. We were out the door in less than an hour in our new car. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Mini.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rocky at NW Mini. He went to great lengths to get us just the car we wanted. He had to have it brought over from the Seattle store, but he found it for us! While we waited, he and my husband played dueling ukuleles, and I read the book about how great minis are. Rocky is really a professional; his low key, open, friendly approach is just what we needed. He puts no pressure on his clients, answers all questions and concerns with lots of practical knowledge and follows through on what he says he will do. Even if you didn't have a great referral fee, we would still recommend NW Mini to all our friends. This is our second Mini purchase with you, and the differences are astounding. Your present staff is likeable, professional and Rocky is one of your greatest assests as far as we are concerned. Keep up the great customer service! Karen and Richard Person

This is the 2nd mini I purchased from Rocky. He's so patient and low pressure that I actually enjoy the experience where as with past car purchases at other dealers, I leave feeling a little icky inside. The test drive was fun and we laughed and joked the whole time. Rocky has a fun personality and a great sense of humor. Rocky is also very knowledgeable about Mini vehicles which also helped when I was selecting options etc. I would recommend Rocky and Northwest Mini in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

I called the first part of May to inquire about ordering a Mini Clubman. Rocky Matranga was the motoring advisor that answered the phone. I had many questions and Rocky answered each of them quickly and thoroughly either by phone or email. When I decided to order the Clubman Rocky was again great in answering all questions and very helpful in assisting me in the many choices I made. I felt very comfortable through the whole process. On 23 July 2013 my husband and myself were finally able to meet Rocky when we arrived to drive our new custom Clubman home. Rocky was very patient and thorough explaining many details of the car to us. The whole process was seamless and stress free. Kudos also go to Brad in finance and Graham in service. Smooth and seamless process from the initial look to financing. Rocky took the time to "listen" to what I wanted and not just push something else. My parents purchased thier Mini Clubman from Rocky in 2011, I just had to go to him to purchase my New 2013 Mini Countryman from him too! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was so helpful. I had such a wonderful time looking for my perfect baby and I found her! The whole process was fun and stress free! If anyone is interested in a mini, I will recommend Rocky in a heartbeat! Thank you again Rocky!
