Avoid this dealership

I have purchased 2 Mini Countryman from this dealership and historically had great service. That is no longer the case. Since the pandemic their service has deteriorated to the point I can no longer recommend them. Basic service takes days to get parts. There is no communication and no estimate of timeliness. When you call they don't respond and if you get someone, they are rude, defensive and blame the customer. They also now bait and switch on their quotes and recommend unnecessary repairs. Overall a terrible experience.

New Look, Decline in Customer Service

Since new staffing, gone are the days of customer service. The decline in customer service for long time mini customers comes as a surprise as we've seen turnover throughout the years, however with recent management changes quantity has become the driving force rather than quality.

Where is Justin Goldstrom?

My family has been loyal customers of Tacoma Mini for over 6 years we have purchased three MINIs and one other used car from them. I noticed that Justin Goldstrom the Service manager is no longer there. For an area that is not so easy to manage, he did an amazing job of making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We sure noticed his absence from the dealership. He has such a present with all the customers. If this is not too late to let you all know that he was spectacular with customers, I'm so sad to see him no longer at your dealership. He was the best part of walking to see a familiar trusted face. He knows all your customers by name by greeting them and was such a friendly force in your service department. With the MINI Drivers, He knew all our names when just walking in the door and our MINI's names and that says something about Justin. His shoes will be difficult to fill because there is a noticeable absence with him not there.

Excellent Service Department.

Excellent Service Department. I brought my Mini Clubman in for service and they charged me the coupon Oil Change without being asked.

Be prepared to get ripped off for trade in value!

Be prepared to get ripped off for trade in value! Terry the sales manager is all about making tons of money off customers even if they are repeat customers who have spent thousands of dollars buying cars from there dealership the management looks at you like your a money bag and will take you for all you got! Trevor the sales advisor says he is giving you the best deal and when asking to speak to a manager he is the first one to come up with excuses as to why can’t talk to them! Personally I would look else where for a Mini Cooper and would not give them the time of day

Great Service! Honest employees!

I have been taking my car to Northwest Mini since I purchased it at a different dealership. The staff here is always friendly. Justin takes the time to explain everything going on with my car so I have never felt taken advantage of. I highly recommend Justin & the team at NW Mini!!!

Buyer Beware (don't buy here)

They sold me a car w/o a spare, on regular tires (not run-flats), did not include "fix-it". They did not inform me of the situation (I assumed they would sell a car with needed safety equipment). When I called to state the issue was informed "that is a spec of Mini. When I stated, that the mini includes a bottle of "fix it", he said "yeah those get misplaced all the time". So Mini makes choices to save money, the dealership essentially doesn't want to introduce any potential objections, and in the mean time my families safety was put at risk.

No pushy salesman here !!

Just purchased a car from this bmw fife dealership. The salesman were very transparent and informative and in no way , “pushy” salesman. Kenny and Trevor treated me so well. I have purchased many vehicles in my life. This experience was the best. I will recommend to anyone. They will be my first option on my next purchase. Thank you to the whole team !

Northwest MINI Sets The Bar for Customer Service

orthwest MINI sets the bar for customer service. Whether you are looking to purchase a new or used MINI, have your MINI serviced or just want aftermarket parts. Northwest MINI is where you should go. We have purchased one used and one new MINI from NW MINI and have never experienced better customer service. Terry helped us build and order our dream MINI, kept us updated on the progress (even going so far as to send me a link to an APP that let me follow the cargo ship that brought her from the UK) and ensured we were happy along the way. When we took possession of our new car I was overwhelmed to find a Ruby Slipper charm hanging from the mirror. Terry found out we were naming the car Dorothy and went out of his way to add this extremely personal touch. The NW MINI service and parts department are always professional, polite and extremely helpful even if we are just asking them a question. Like Share
