My salesperson Faiz was super informative new the car inside and out. Fair with my trade and was willing to discount my new Corvette. Would buy again from Faiz he was great to work with.

Candie was amazing. She helped me at every step!
Candie made sure that I have the best buying experience possible. She looked out for the car that I was looking for. She called me when she heard one would become available. She kept me updated when a status changed and made sure the actual buying process was done quickly. Trading in my car was smooth. Nate at the finance department explained me all the options without pushing me into up-sells. He made sure I get the best loan terms. I am looking forward to buy my next car there once GM releases larger EVs :)

Exceptional Dealership!
I had a great experience with this dealership! Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to give me the best possible customer service. Everyone seemed to work as a team to provide a great buying experience. I felt like they were very honest and were there to take care of anything I needed. Excellent, professional service
I tried to buy a car through them, and although the factory was not making my truck in any reasonable time frame, the guys I worked with, Faiz in sales, and Jamie and Nate in finance, were among the most professional guys I've ever dealt with in the auto industry. We weren't able to get my rig built, but if I had to do it again, I would use these guys without hesitation. If you're in the Seattle area, give Auburn Chevrolet your business. They don't BS you around.
