Explorer repair

We had my wife's vehicle repaired at the body shop and it was repaired quickly and with high quality workman ship. Great job!

Great service when we needed it most!

While visiting the Bemidji area from 500 miles away - we had an issue come up with out F150. The issue first became known on a Saturday evening. On Sunday we used the Lowth Ford to make an appointment for Monday morning - as early as available - which was not until 10:30. We were planning to leave that morning for the 9 hour drive home and were trying to make it home. We appeared at Lowth Ford at 8am - well in advance of our appointment - and talked with the Service Manager, explaining our problem and asking that he work us into their schedule ASAP. He immediately agreed but there would be a wait - so they provided us a ride to the local McDonalds for breakfast and came back when we called. Bottom line is - it was a serious issue with the transmission and needed a non-stock part which would not be available until Tuesday. Ford provided us a rental car as the rep[air was covered under warranty. Our truck was repaired as quickly as possible on Tuesday and we left Bemidji for home. The communications, assistance and general support of Mike and all the Lowth Ford staff was outstanding. I cannot have asked for more.

Many Experiences

I have purchased several vehicles from her and had service work done over the years. The experience has generally been fine. I especially like Gerry Reese even though he gets a bit mouthy. I deserve it. ? I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

SERVICE WAS BAD

ASKED FOR WIPER BLADES 2016 FORD NO STOCK ASKED FOR A TIRE ROTATION TOLD ME IT DIDNT NEED IT EVEN THOUGH I ALWAYS ROATE MY TIRES. I WOULD NT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL SERVICE MANAGER SAID ITS OK IF IM NOT HAPPY OTHER CLIENTS ARE HAPPY xxxxxxxxx ANSWER NEVER AGAIN I BUY A NEW EXPENDITION EVERY TWO YEARS WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Good experience!

I had a very positive experience. This was a 1st time for me buying a car on my own and the sales rep and finance officer were very kind and helpful. I appreciated their help and patience.

Timely repair on a summer afternoon

My F150 developed a jammed tailgate (not Ford's fault-original owner changed the gate} when we were trying to leave town on a Friday afternoon this summer. We had 3 hours to reach my daughter's softball game in a town that's 2 hours away. So we pulled into our hometown Ford dealer, Bob Lowth Ford of Bemidji, where I knew they'd be busy. And it was Friday, so everyone wants to finish up and get home ASAP. The woman handling the desk tells me to drive into the shop and they'll work on it right away... surprise #1. The guy working on another F150 drops everything and fixes the gate in about 15 minutes... surprise #2. No charge... surprise #3. And I didn't even buy my truck there. I've had other special care at Bob Lowth, too, but I thought it might have just been a good day. I guess that's the way they do it everyday. I am in no way affiliated with them; I'm just a very satisfied customer.
