Always great service

Ken is awesome to work with. He recognized me as soon as I walked in. And Sod was immensely helpful too. I have always had great service here and will continue to give my business here.

the truck is great but the service over the top

the team work and how friendly Bob, Ty & Saad were; they stayed with us for over 2 hours after the dealership closed

Best service around.

The sales team took car of us in a timely manner, went through the entire car. They were so helpful and polite. I am so happy I drove the extra miles from Missoula to buy from them instead of Lithia. It is 100% worth it.

Friendly. Honest and transparent. Superb customer service from MarE who even picked me up from the airport! Got the exact vehicle I wanted at a fair price even when I was traveling during the transaction!

Everyone at Don Aadsen was friendly and courteous.

Mare and Ty took there time and explain all the details to Debbie and I. Mare was very thorough on explaining how all the functions of the truck and computer worked. Both were friendly.

Great Ford Crew

Excellent, knowledgable, accomodating, dealership

As I found when I purchased my truck several months ago, the sales and service staff were a pleasure to deal with. Taking the vehicle back for it's complimentary service, and also requesting several other maintenance checks, was like going back and seeing old friends. Mari lee in Sales division remembered and welcomed us warmly and immediately handed us a key to a "luxury" loaner truck to use during our wait, and Maureen, as well as the other folks at the Service Desk were "down home friendly" while effectively and rapidly completing the work to be done. Have bought many vehicles, from many dealerships over the past 40 years, I can honestly say that my experiences with the practices and personnel at Don Addsen in Ronan, Mt. have been the best.
