Dealer location is cramped and crowded with cars everywhere. I find the prices to be very high. However, My service provider Sarah Quinones was personal and professional. The best I've had at this dealership.

$10,000 service and no vacuum cleaner?
$10,000 service and no vacuum cleaner? I know my Mercedes’ is 25 years old but please do not give me the phone number of a guy over East who I can call to have him build me a new antenna motor (??) YOU call him and arrange and order it. You installed an antenna that was not connected and wrong fitting so use goop instead plus could not use any car wash as antenna sticking up only??? I bring my car to you to fix ( ??) not get phone numbers for a “Guy” otherwise the mechanics did a super job and car feels like the day I bought it back in 1997 “Brand New with 300,000 miles on her. The vacuum and antenna issues just put a bad taste in one’s mouth after dropping $10k for a service which is exactly about what the car is worth ?????
