Unfortunately that time has come and gone. You had the opportunity to pay for the repairs to make the vehicle I tried to purchase road worthy and complaint with Lemon Laws under Washington State Consumer Protection Act. VW of Kirkland- Has a record of the last documented oil change the vehicle received. At the time of said oil change, the service center notes indicated a large oil leak, as well as, the owner stating “it leaks almost a quart a day.”(replicated in my driveway and the VW repair center I took the vehicle to for a proper inspection) I appreciate the sentiment, however this has moved beyond the opportunity to have handshake deal. I assumed, I took you at your word, that you would make this right. Statements such as, “A vehicle with this high of mileage will have issues like this.”, “If you’re a questioning my integrity, we have bigger problems bud.”, and an unwillingness to shake my hand at the conclusion to the debacle you created; has lead me to seeking other means of resolution. I await a true solution, a solution that provides a customer-centric solution, a solution that doesn’t place the burden upon the customer, but rather places the ambiguity in contracts upon the contract holder, a solution that acts in good faith. If the most you can do is refund my money, so be it. But I believe that’s not the heart of Mercedes Benz, as it’s your Motto, “The Best or Nothing”, and continually I receive nothing.(other than returning to a credit impacted financial portfolio due to your lack of integrity) Again, what offer do you have, to make this right?
