We came me and my wife on Sunday after making an appointment with Katherin on afternoon , she was not experienced in cars and we aasked her about manger... and she would not bring him up till we insisted even that he came by looking at us and he finally came with a rude personality and said that they solid on their prices and will not talk about anything and left and did not come back and he was ready to go home because we saw outside crossing the road leaving his work and it was so unpleasant drive for us foe 1/2 an our and for nothing and for the worst customer service in car dealer place we ever had and we could not believe it that was in Mercedes and Bellevue area, they need to change their staff and managers and they need more training for customer service and respecting their customers and I do not recommend this place to anyone up till further corrections made .

WE went today (me and my wife) to buy SUV , the car sales woman (Kathryn) was rude and we asked to talk with manager shift and she refused and finally... he came where he was really more worse than her and did not talk or sit down even with us and told us the price that will not change and gave us very low price for our car(because we were trying to trade in our car) , he was finishing his shift so did not want to talk with his customers or even attend or even listen to them . The worst place we ever been to buy a car that we felt badly treated as customer,really we do not recommend any one to go there , they should feel ashamed of their dealership customer relationship and services .

We worked with Dante Jenkins to purchase this CRV. The car was in like new condition, and from the first contact Dante was the best! He knows cars, is... friendly, respectful and incredibly helpful. No pressure, just good, solid customer relationships and service above and beyond. We had only one issue with the car after we bought it, and Dante took care of it immediately. A great experience for us!
They sold us a clear plate service (in house vendor) for our brand new E63s AMG only to take off the badges off and not put it back on because of "liability"... reasons. The clear plate process took 2.5 months to complete as a result. Reached out to the dealership but it took over a month for them to offer any type of a resolution and they refused to make things right to satisfy their customer's complaint. It was their profit first, customer second. We will never return to this dealership to purchase a vehicle ever again.

Phone system needed to improve, Why all the phone calls went to a call center but not Mercedes Bellevue office? I called more than 3 times just want to... get someone to give me an idea when I can pick up my car but voice mail box was full. Phone system need to improve to avoid customer's complain.
