Found the a great deal on a CPO ML350

Really enjoyed working with Pam P. to find the right CPO vehicle to suit our needs. Great dealership too - open and friendly with a good-sized inventory.

Great service

We stopped by and waited a while. It was Sunday and sales team was busy. However, we still got a great service by Chris W. and finally drove the GLK350 home that day before dinner time.

serious attention to customer

Great service and price

I was served by Heru Tarjoto who were very welcoming and friendly. He brought around the showroom showing me all the car I was very interested and after I selected the one I wanted he gave me the best price he could give me which was quite generous. He also tried to negotiate the price lower with his manager which I appreciate greatly. I would recommend him to other and next time I buy a Mercedes I would approach him.

Friendly Attentive Service - Attention to Detail

We purchased a GLK250 2 years ago from Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. I just took it in for the annual maintenance - my second since owning the car. Mark answered my questions, met my time frame needs and provided proactive communication when the vehicle was done - and it was done before I expected! Wonderful service. Throughout the year I periodically get a tire pressure warning light. When I take it in on the fly, they always promptly take care of me with a smile.

A great buying experience

I was looking for a new car and went into Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. Pam Pugel a sales representative was the first person that I met. I was interested in a CLA and she explained the information about the car. I was impressed by her helpful, non- pressured approach. When I went back a month later, I had her business card in hand and specifically asked to talk to her. Throughout the car buying process she was attentive, helpful and thorough in her approach. When the car was delivered and I went to pick it up she made certain that I understood the different features of the car. The whole process of buying my car from Mercedes of Bellevue was the positive thanks to Pam.

GLK 350 Purchase

I stopped in MB of Bellevue asking to test drive a GLK 350, having absolutely no intention of buying a vehicle at that time. A very personable and informative sales person named Mark Mattecheck helped me. Long story short, I bought GLK 350 that day.
