Not Transparent...Do Not Purchase

Please do not purchase from this dealership, they are not transparent. When I purchase my luxury vehicle, I ask the salesman about the tires and air condition he said they were fine, and that the car had passed the inspections. I then asked him to give me a copy of the inspection which he did. I notice the first week of driving the car that something was wrong. I had to replace all my tires in less than 2 weeks, the brake pad, front rotors, and the AC was inoperable. I called and left several messages, and still, no one has return any of my calls. I have already spent over $5K out of pocket on my vehicle. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this establishment.

Great Service

I came in because my 2016 Trax was running rough and the engine light came on. Trenton helped me and he was very pleasant and friendly. I was expecting to have to wait a long time but Trenton had me on my way in about an hour. He explained what was going on with my car which I appreciated. Great Service!

I have had vehicles serviced at other places in Spokane, and Camp has the best professional service people of them all. I needed to have a car serviced and the earliest I could get an appointment at another dealership was two weeks away. I called Camp where my other vehicles are serviced and obtained an appointment in two days. I am really impressed with their service, professionalism, and courtesy. I am always treated with respect and kept informed on the status of the service taking place. From one who has gone to other dealerships, I would strongly recommend Camp to anyone who needs service on their vehicle/s. Had an oil change, Trenton was the one who wrote up the paper work for the service he was very polite, has a gentle demeanor. The service was quick they kept me informed all the while about was going on with my car, I wish I remembered the name of the person who performed the service on the car because he was very, very & informative ( I think it was Nick) A year ago when I bought my car I could not have given them a five star review. I had a minor problem when I bought the car and sent an email to both the salesman and the manager and neither one of them responded, I know the manager read it because I got a return receipt. The service department (a year ago) very nicely told me I was paranoid about what I perceived to be the problem (turned out I was correct). But I was told it’s under new management and I see a world of difference.
