I used this dealership for body work. They detailed the interior of my vehicle, which is fine. However, they went inside closed compartments (glove box... and console) which they had no reason or right to do. Items, albeit nominal value, were taken. I called the same day and complained. I have received no response. A short time later, I sent a written complaint (online). Within 20 minutes of hitting send, I had already been solicited by 3 people at the dealership (2 emails and I call) so they could sell me a new vehicle. I will not use Camp again. I am really disappointed.

Recently purchased a used car that needed some work completed as part of the agreement. They not only followed through with everything they agreed to,... but exceed my expectations.. Great sales, purchasing and service job! Definitely consider them again for my next purchase.

I would highly recommend going to other Chevy dealers in the area. By far the most disrespectful dealsership I have worked with. Horrible customer service... and management. They have very deceitful practices.

Camp Chevrolet’s service department is a joke. They were supposed to do an oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection, refill Def fluid, and fill the... tires on my Cruze. Got the car back and the only thing they did was change the oil even though the paperwork said otherwise. Additionally, I scheduled my appointment through their online system, received multiple confirmation emails, and when I showed up they told me I didn’t have an appointment and there was no record of it. Don’t buy a car here.
They didn't follow through with what they promised by fixing the damage sustained on my brand new 2017 Chev Camaro Fiftieth Anniversary while on their... car lot. The general manager, Jim Johnson, has yet to return my many phone calls and email messages. Leslie in Administration didn't return a phone call which she promised, nor did she return my calls. I had a bad feeling driving into the Camp Chevy parking lot. Always trust your gut. I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere, but I just had to have one of the last 2017 Fifty Anniversary Camaros in the country. I'm happy with the car and with my salesperson, Jordon. However, Jim Johnson needs to learn how to be a real general manager.
I had warranty work preformed on my 2013 Camaro ZL1. Service was convenient and no hassles. The car was inspected on a Thursday and it was determined the... supercharger needed to be replaced. I took the car home and brought it back the following Thursday. Then picked it up on Friday. I was offered a loaner car. The service adviser called to keep me informed on progress.

It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone outside of sales, i.e., in the service department. It took me days to get through—the phone just... rings and rings. When someone does pickup, you get sent to someone else's voice mail where you leave a voice message and they don't call back. In addition, we had the same experience AFTER we decided to purchase the vehicle in getting through to the person who handled the finance part—it took DAYS. Really, it is so frustrating that it isn't worth trying to use this dealership. Just two things: answer the phone and then make sure your customer is provided with the service they are asking for.
