I purchased a vehicle at BMW of Spokane from Derrick Mcgee, and it couldn't have been better! He was helpful, honest and informative. He sent me a video... of the car moments after it hit the lot. Derrick came in on his day off on a holiday weekend to assist me with the purchase. Derrick took time to help me understand the warranty, car details and all questions I had. I would highly recommend BMW of spokane and specifically Derrick! No pressure at all from start to finish!!
I'm currently in the Seattle area but one of BMW of Spokane's cars interested me. I contacted Robert Fayant about the car, he sent me some information... and it was exactly what I was looking for. I ask him for the best price he could do on the car and he told me that he could only take a few hundred off because the car was priced below the trade in value. I thought this was weird, so I looked the car up on KBB and NADA and the trade in value was $3K and $6k less than the asking price on the car. I took screenshots and asked him if I was missing any options or anything else but he ignored me. The next day he texts me asking what other info I want about the car. I bring up the fact that the car is not priced below trade in; I never expected it to be, but I wanted to hear his reasoning for telling me that. He then changes the subject and talks about how the car is priced $2300 below retail. I show him that the car was priced about $1k more than retail on both KBB and NADA and again, ask if I was missing anything. He asks me what I want to pay. I give him a low ball offer and he tells me that he already told me that he cannot take more than a couple hundred off. So why did he ask me what I wanted to pay? Then I asked if he could offer anything else like an extended warranty if he can't lower the price. I never heard from him again. I really liked the car so I reached out to Derrick McGee. He asked what info I would like on the car and I told him about the situation with Robert. After that, I never heard from him again either. BMW of Spokane has plenty of great reviews and maybe this was just an outlier, but I wanted to share this experience.
Took my car into BMW to remove snow tires and place my all weather tires back on. Service department found that I had to have rear tire pads replaced and... Spokane dealership did it for free since my warranty had recently expired and I had been in several times recently. I really appreciate it and hope to buy another BMW in the future once the hybrid that my husband wants comes in. We already have 2 BMW’s already. Also Spokane office is very helpful and tried to get some scratches out of my car that I was worried about. Spokane dealership is always so helpful and give excellent customer service and that is why we are so confident in buying BMW cars because we know the Spokane office will take care of us.

Scott took care of me after finding out it would double my time waiting and I live quite a distance away. I was supposed to drive my husband for tooth... surgery so he arranged a loaner to use. Boom Problem solved!

We found the car we were looking for at BMW Spokane, but we live across the state and didn't really have time to make a trip. We contacted the dealer and... Derrick was wonderful to work with. We were able to negotiate a good price for the vehicle, set up financing, and Derrick even delivered it to us! Great service for a beautiful car!

While traveling to Lake Louise from Seattle the "Service Required" light on the dash turned on. Called BMW of Spokane and spoke with Scott in service... near Vantage and explained the situation. I arrived at 4:15 PM and they determined the repair was a known problem and would be covered by BMW. If the car could be left to cool down over night the repair could be made first thing in the morning and we could continue our trip on schedule. We also received a courtesy ride to and from where we spent the night.

This is our 3rd BMW from BMW of Spokane. They have always made the experience an enjoyable one. If I could only use 1 dealership for the rest of my families... vehicle purchases it would be here. You can always rely on the BMW service dept. Kevin and the rest of the service crew do an excellent job of taking care of my car whether it's for the annual... service or to take care of repairs. Melissa the shuttle driver is also wonderful. She is reliable and a good safe driver.
