Steve the man who got me signed in was absolutely great.

Steve the man who got me signed in was absolutely great. The guy who gave the courtesy ride was also great. The work is good so far but I haven’t gotten to get it on the road to test yet. Not the guys fault but the cost is so high I wonder if there’s a way to get that down. I had a coupon but even with that it was over $750.00.

I stopped to schedule maintenance appointments for my

I stopped to schedule maintenance appointments for my Gladiator and 2006, 2500 Cummins. Aaron greeted me and listened to my concerns regarding my vehicles. Today I picked up my jeep after dropping it off yesterday and it looked like someone cleaned it ( thank you), Aaron was able to also contact my extended warranty and made my quote cheaper. As a Navy Veteran, I was also thanked for my service and given a 10% discount I didn't expect. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

PLEASE READ!

PLEASE READ!! BEWARE: to many employees came from Northwest motorsports. The management is absolutely the lowest tier. I had asked my salesman to take care of a simple safety issue. He said no problem we can absolutely take care of that for you. And instead of just handling the issue they decide to just push it under the rug. I thought there was nothing I could do, so I made a Google review. That caught the managers attention enough to contact his customer service person to contact me. They said they would be willing to resolve my safety issue if I deleted my review and signed a piece of paper saying I wouldn't make a review after the repairs were made! I was shocked. People NEED to know this.

Michael in the service department was great.

Michael in the service department was great. However, I had to go to two appointments to get my jeep serviced for a recall. The first appointment did not work out because the person who made the appointment forgot to order the part. I took time off from work to go to that appointment. That is when I first met Michael. He explained to me the error and apologized. He said he would let me know when the part came in. He did follow through and my jeep was repaired yesterday. I also had an oil change. I think to make things right and to compensate me for the time I missed at work due to their error in not having the part for the first appointment, they should have did the oil change for free. They did not do that.

Brought our Jeep Compass in for window tinting.

Brought our Jeep Compass in for window tinting. Todd was very friendly and professional. He even cleaned our car afterwords as the detailer was off for the day.
