Rude General Sales Manager!!

Absolutely rude and lacks understanding in the General sales Manager position. I ordered a truck last fall, through James Potts, (Superb Customer service and definitely cares about customers!!) Unfortunately at the time my truck arrived I has sustained a serious injury requiring surgery. I communicated with James Potts and he thankfully said don't worry, your truck will be waiting for you when your recovered from the procedure. I very much appreciated this and focused on my recovery. A few days later I received a message from the General sales Manager (Justin Spicer) that was completely contradictory from the message I received from my sales representative. Basically I was told to take delivery of my truck in the next two days or he would sell the truck to one of the five people that were wanting the truck. I called Justin and explained my situation and that I wasn't able to take delivery as he suggested. Mr. Spicer said he needs to deliver this truck and he's trying to run a business. I was caught off guard by his rude demeanor and complete lack of professionalism. I had enough of the strong arm techniques and told Mr. Spicer to go ahead and sell the truck then and send my down payment to me. I was then hung up on without discussion. This behavior is very rude and unprofessional. Customers should not be treated this way. I'm taking my business elsewhere and the only downside is that my sales representative was fantastic through the whole process and he's not getting compensated with his well deserved commission. I was contacted by the assistant GM and explained my interaction with his GSM. I was given an apology and treated with respect and courtesy. The damage was already done by the GSM. The only reason I put two stars on the rating was because of James Potts and Mike Harward.


Bait and switch?

Went in for a prepaid oil change on Wednesday. They put conventional motor oil in my truck with the hemi. I paid 400 dollars for 5 synthetic oil changes. I looked up my other invoices and they didn't use synthetic either. I have left the service manager text messages but no response. I hope this can be resolved. I don't feel good getting no response from them yet.

We have a brand new 2021 truck and came in for a problem to be serviced under warranty. (Will not specify problem for certain reasons) First of all, when they checked it out, they said this is normal and that warranty won’t cover to replace the problem because new trucks come with that. Multiple of our friends have the same new truck and none of them have that problem, so it being normal for new truck is BS! We had multiple new trucks for the past 15 years and none of them had that problem before as well so this is not “normal” for new trucks as was told by one of the service people. We went to a different dealership location, they found a problem, said yes his is NOT normal and they fixed it and we left happy from that place.. Going to Marysville already MULTIPLE TIMES for multiple different problem to be fixed UNDER WARRANTY, They don’t find it, say no idea, while other dealerships find the problem, fix it, call u back and are NICE and have much better customer service then the MARYSVILLE RAIDONS DEALERSHIP. Don’t go their dealership… whoever their mechanics are that can’t figure out problems while other dealerships do, shows that something is done wrong there… DONT WASTE YOUR TIME… GO TO ANY RAIDONS DEALERSHIP OTHER THEN MARYSVILLE..!!!!

Service dept doesn’t blinker anything beyond reading a...

Service dept doesn’t blinker anything beyond reading a scanner. Vibration issue in a brand new truck they will not acknowledge so warranty won’t cover. I bought an old Jetta to drive that’s better. Only drive my “new” truck when I have to. Stuck with it. Made appointment for oil change, got there 30min early. Waited 2 hours, hadn’t done anything to it. What’s the point of setup up a specific time? This dealer name regardless of location. Stay away, go anywhere else.
