A Great Experience.

A Great Experience. I went to the dealership looking to buy a new Palisade. I was met by sales guy Jeff. We talked about what I was looking for and he showed me several cars from which to choose. We then sat down and asked I was interested in a purchase. Absolutely no pressure, he left the decision to me. I told him I was interested in a particular car for a reasonable price. He turned me over to the negotiator. After some back and forth, we reached what I think was a fair price for the new car and my trade in. After several weeks, I had some questions about the complicated settings and had several quality issues. Several tech guys worked with me on the settings and all was good. The quality issues were solved within an hour. All of this was done with the concept of making me happy. The people could not have been more helpful and friendly. This dealership, from Jeff on down, is a great place to buy a car.

The service department is very clean and well staffed. I drove in and was met immediately. The waiting area is nice. They took great care of my car.

Specifically scheduled with the dealership so I could

Specifically scheduled with the dealership so I could take care of all of the recalls on my car while taking care of an oil change. When I got there I was told I wasn’t scheduled for the recalls. I asked for a synthetic blend for my oil which I’ve been getting for probably the last 30,000 miles on my car and was told they absolutely can’t do that for my car. They were very condescending and when I asked why I can schedule that online they went off on how I didn’t understand that just because their direct site will let you, doesn’t mean that they will do it. I spent 192$ on an oil change and tire rotation and didn’t get the recalls taken care of, which was the only reason I chose the dealership. I called a different Hyundai dealership after and asked about the synthetic blend to which they said they could get me scheduled for that and it’s 105$. Terrible experience at Lee Johnson, rude staff, and a waste of time and money. Which sucks because that’s where I bought my car and now I need go elsewhere for recalls. The main person I talked to was Nikolai (this time, and the only time I’ve had a problem).

They do a good job when you are actually there for the

They do a good job when you are actually there for the appointment. My one complaint is that it is nearly impossible to reach a service advisor by phone, and of course sometimes you just need to speak to someone knowledgeable. So this is a problem they need to recognize, prioritize and solve.

Very knowledgeable service technician (Travis).

Very knowledgeable service technician (Travis). We've always had any work needed explained thoroughly. Only problem with this dealership is it takes forever to get an appointment scheduled. It never used to be this way back when we first bought our Hyundai. I think it's all the "free scheduled maintenance" customers clogging up the calendar. We love Hyundai's reliability, but it's very frustrating that it takes weeks (or even a month or more) to get your car in.

Very Great Sales Lady.

Very Great Sales Lady. Aurea did a fantastic job of showing us the car, drove us over to the Everett location to have the car put up on a rack for my under-car inspection. Very knowledgeable, understanding, and easy to talk to. The Team at the Lake Stevens location were very nice & helpful and answered all our questions. When it came to the purchase, Jordan was great. A big thanks from the Becker household!

First time car buyer here!

First time car buyer here! I had an unbelievable experience purchasing a certified used car at this dealership. I explored and communicated all other local dealerships and they had nothing on this one. The customer service was outstanding- the sales team was attentive, caring and very real with me through the entirety of the process. Naturally- I was scared and overwhelmed. The team was diligent to take their time explaining each step to me, patient when I struggled to make a decision or would change my mind and super encouraging throughout. They worked diligently and efficiently to problem-solve several hiccups that sounds up on my end of this process to make my dream a reality. That included willingness to negotiate and respect any financial budgets and restrictions I had in place, with no semblance of pressure or expectation. I left the dealership feeling like I’d just made a deal with a friend and mother-figure which was such a blessing. This dealership definitely has a customer and advocate for life with the human treatment I was shown today!
