My 2014 Hyundai Sonata, with just over 120,000 miles,
My 2014 Hyundai Sonata, with just over 120,000 miles, developed an engine knock, the engine light came on and the car went into protective mode. I immediately limped the car to my Everett Hyundai dealership an hour before closing, and a day before a two week vacation! The dealership immediately knew what the problem was. The assured me they would take care of the problem and walked me through the process. They offered me a loaner car, which I didn’t need. At the end of the day, I was promptly provided a ne engine at no cost to me! The technician recommended three additional small fixes, to bring the car to nearly new condition!! The dealership kept me informed of each step and offered to keep my car safe at the dealership until I returned from vacation!!! I’ve always had great service from this dealership and can’t say enough to express my gratitude for that team!!!

My wife and I purchased a 2024 ioniq 5. Aurea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle allowing us multiple test drives of a variety of models we were interested in. We realized that after purchasing we were missing a floor mat and she went above and beyond providing a new set for our vehicle free of charge. Definitely recommend purchasing from here and thanks again to Aurea!
