Excellent

I have bought two vehicles here in the past and decided to come back to get another vehicle. Hyundai has the best warranty available , and Hyundai of Everett has treated me very well over the years. I have also recommended these people to friends and family.

Wonderful to work with

We started our car buying foray on the Olympic Peninsula, where we live. We went to a dealer that is rated extremely high in customer satisfaction. There was a slight amount of pressure, even after we stated that we were shopping, but we would not be making any final decisions that day. We looked at a few previously owned cars and singled out two possibles. We mentioned that we would be going across Puget Sound to another dealer that was also very highly rated. Upon arriving at home I thought I should check Hyundai and Kia dealer websites because I subscribe to a few auto enthusiast magazines and they they rated both makes highly as good bang for the buck. I also read a couple trade magazines (I am a retired shop supervisor) that had articles about the high quality of both makes. Hyundai of Everett also had very high ratings for customer satisfaction, so I did some shopping on line and flagged a couple of vehicles that looked promising (new 2015 Sonata and new 2016 Elantra). I was contacted by Don Rae, who arranged an appointment for the next day. He had both cars ready to look at and test drive. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE. Once I decided on the car that I wanted, Don did the preliminary work and Becky Zuckerberg did the rest. I cannot praise these two people highly enough. I have bought several cars from dealers over the years and I have never had such an easy experience. Don made sure that I received all the possible rebates and incentives. Becky carefully explained all the options available, like extended warranty and NW protection treatments. I signed up for some and not for others, again, NO PRESSURE!. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. I have not dealt with the service department yet, but based on the reviews that I see on line, the service department is just as easy to work with as the sales and Finance folks. That is not the case with some other dealerships that I have worked with. I don't think that you can go wrong trying this dealership. I would recommend seeing them after you have visited a couple of other dealerships. The difference is a very pleasant experience.

very positive experience.All sales people and General Manager where great got me in the car I wanted for the price I could pay. Did not like the fact the Protective insurance and Gap insurance was pushed so hard for me to take, which I did not do. But I will be back to buy again this is my third car from this dealership

Hyundai Elantra GT Purchase

Captain was very friendly and made sure I was happy with my decision. I went in looking at a certain vehicle and after test driving several cars, I bought one that was a better fit than the one I was originally going to buy. I would totally recommend Captain and Hyundai of Everett to all of my friends.

Great Experience

Really had a wonderful experience getting a new car. Had never been to a Hyundau dealership; had never driven a Hyundai. I think I rode in one -not sure. Everything went smoothly and I love my car. Admiral was wonderful.

First cars

My experience was the best I could have imagined. Jackie explained everything to me that I needed to know! Even feeling a little under the weather she and everyone else made sure I had a fun and smooth purchase! I highly recommend Hyundai to anyone who needs a safe, new and reliable vehicle!

A whole new experience in buying a car

This was my first experience buying a pre-owned vehicle at a dealership (my last 3 vehicles I have bought new) and my experience with Everett Hyundai was great all the way around. From our first test drive with Bud to his partner Fabian completing the sale later in the day, we felt respected and well attended to. Usually when I have bought a car, once you pay, you are done, but not at Everett Hyundai. Fabian wanted to make sure we understood the complex computer systems on the vehicle and scheduled an appointment for us with one of the tech savvy sales reps (Mike) for a few days after we bought the cae. That was very helpful lfor setting up the bluetooth, learning some tricks with the navigation, etc. Then I got another email from Fabian today about how it was going. The team at Everett Hyundai, including the sales manager, makes buying a car an actually pleasant experience.
