After having had a recall for over a year for the fuel pump for my 2018 Honda Pilot, the parts were finally going to be available. I waited a while for a call about the issue, but finally called and asked about availability. I was told they were replacing them if someone was having a problem. I said I would like mine serviced now for the pump since it was winter and I drove my 5 year old granddaughter across the valley many days to and from school. I was told he’d order it right away and we made an appointment and had the work done. They were very nice and finished in a timely manner.

The process of purchasing the vehicle and getting an actual price is very frustrating. We purchased two vehicles that day and we where there for over 8 hrs. We ended up having to come back the next day to finish the set up process of on-star and the chevrolet app.
